Hello, I could not find the tech sheet for this exact model. Have you checked to see if the motor is getting power? Does the motor make any noise? have you checked to see if anything is caught in the motor? If you did change out the control and it fills and drains I would suspect either bad wire harness or bad motor. The tech sheet will be taped onto the back of the kick plate.

Hello
On a no cool in both sections it could be a number of possibilities. I have provided a complete diagnostic chart to troubleshoot your issue. Diagnostics start on page #46 of the link below. Also is an advanced search link to Samsung refrigerator repairs. We have many videos on our website https://www.appliancevideo.com/advanced-search/ Matt Ace technician

The return damper may be iced up due to a door being left ajar. Understanding how inconvenient it may be, the next step would be to empty and unplug the refrigerator and leave both doors open for 24 hours to allow to thaw and dry in between the compartment channel. Then you will have to monitor closely to see if issue reoccurs. This was built in Korea by Samsung for the Kenmore line and i cannot fin any additional information on this particular model at this time.Be sure both doors are closing and sealing properly as the ambient air temperature difference would be a likely cause. Good luck.

In reply to: UE Error code

UE Error code is an unbalanced load is detected during the final spin. The basket won’t spin over 150 rpm when this code is displayed. Cancel the cycle or let it end. Adjust the load and see if the washer spins properly. If not, inspect the suspension system in the cabinet and replace any defective parts. With any washing machine, it is vital to ensure that the load is evenly balanced when using a spin cycle. Redistribute washing by adding or removing items to ensure a more balanced load. Single large or heavy items such as bath mats or large towels are unlikely to spin on their own, so please add two or three additional towels and put on another spin cycle. If the door remains locked and the machine is displaying UE error, please run a drain program. You can run a drain program by selecting the spin button until it is on no spin (either spin symbol with line or zero). See video link below

Hello
This certainly sounds like a defrost issue. If the damper is open you have a restriction across the evaporator. See diagnostic links below. Matt Ace technician

Hello
This is an incomplete model number. Zelik please give us good model numbers. 50% of them you give us are not good model numbers. A hot compressor will indicate poor air flow across the compressor or a impacted condenser. You could also have a sealed system issue. Matt Ace technician

Hello
This is not a good model number. This sounds like you have a defective overload / Relay or a tied up compressor. If you provide a good model number we can get more information.

In reply to: No ice from dispenser

Hello

Look at the service bulletins related to your unit below. You also want to check water pressure up to the water inlet valve, you may have a plugged saddle valve. The Ice maker is not connected to water and the ice maker on/off switch is in the on position. Even though no water is supplied, the Ice maker continues to try to make ice which causes the Ice compartment temperature to remain at 15° F (-10° C). Over a long period of time combined with minimal entry into the refrigerator compartment, temperatures may gradually drop below the set temperature in the refrigerator compartment. Hi. I can not find a tech sheet or any information on this unit for you. I had a dishwasher that recently did the same thing. I went through and checked all the wiring. Checked the motor and heater to ground. It was hooked up to a GFCI circuit. Is this unit hooked up to a GFCI circuit? The GFCI’s get weak and are usually the culprit. Try hooking up or plugging the unit into a completely separate circuit in the house. See if it still trips when the door is closed. If not your issue is in the original circuit it was hooked up to. The GFCI or something in the electrical circuit is bad.

If you are certain that there is not 115 volts at the evaporator fan motor then it most likelywill be a bad control board. On this model the power for the evaporator fan motor originates 6871JB1185A control board. This is a very common issue. Matt Ace technician

Hello

3E Error code

1) Unplug The Washing Machine:
Unplug the washer for 2-3 minutes. If the fault is displayed because of an electronic glitch, or communication issue, unplugging the washer for several minutes may possibly reset the electronic panel.

  1. Check Wire Connections On Drive Motor, a common issue that causes the 3E error code is connection problems. Also double check the wire harness on the motor. Make sure to check the inside of the molex connector . Sometimes the contacts inside the can arch or melt.

    1. Check Wire Connections On main Control Board:
The control board could possibly have a faulty wire connection, or a loose connection.

    2. Check Hall Sensor:
The hall sensor on the back of the washer monitors the speed and direction of the tub. The sensor can be out of range or it could also have a faulty wiring connection. I’ve also seen the wire harness on the motors hall sensor break. I know of other technicians who have seen the same issue. Double check the hall sensor. If you have a multimeter, you could ohm the sensor out. You can ohm the sensor out from the board or directly at the sensor. If you tested the hall sensor from the board, that would rule out a broken wire at the same time.

5) Have you checked that the inner tub of the washer is spinning freely? Sometimes something as simple as a sock getting stuck between the inner and outer tubs can cause this type of an error code. Also, does the error code seem to occur during a certain part of the cycle?

Hi. If the washer does not seem to be going off balance and you are still getting this error you could have an issue with the off balance switches or control. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Page 1 lists your error code which is error code #5. It explains to look at “wet clothes” on page 3. Follow the instructions there to diagnose your issue.

Hello
See attached technician sheet and service pointers. F9E2 error is a Water Ring Fault is displayed when the system is unable to drain water from load. Detected, • Is the drain hose or the drain pump clogged? Pump Drive • Is the drain hose height greater than 8’ (2.4 m)? System Problem • Is the pressure hose connection from the tub to the main control pinched, kinked, plugged, or leaking air? • Too much detergent. • Is the pump running? If not, see TEST #7: Drain Pump, page 19 in the technician diagnostic guide link below. Matt Ace technician

Hello, Typically when the dish washer adds time like that there is a problem with the heating circuit, With you already doing the control board you will need to check out the heating element then the wires. The element is on the bottom of the washer inside the tub, it is round and looks like the element in a oven. I did not find your exact tech sheet for this model but if you remove the bottom kick plate it should be rite there. It adds time because it want to get to a certain temp and try to give you a accurate time.
