Hello
I have sent you the troubleshooting technician link below. You need to run this through diagnostics and see if you have any error codes. When you evacuated the system did you replace the filter dryer ? This unit also has a 3-way diverter reversing valve on it. Did you put the diverter valve in the neutral position before recharging the unit ? It needs to be in the neutral position so refrigerant flows to both evaporators during the charging of the system. The Time Divided Multi-cycle (TDM) System (Stepper diverter Valve) is
used to switch refrigerant flow . This improves temperature control and energy efficiency. If it fails in the all evaporator mode, it should work properly, using slightly more energy. If it fails in the Freezer evaporator only mode,
there will be a Fridge no cool Force on the Fridge with the “Power Cool” option. Monitor the Fridge evaporator(s) temp by using the Defrost Sensor(s). If the temp doesn’t decrease, then suspect the Main PCB is not supplying signal to switch the diverter valve.
TEST BEFORE INTERPRETING LED BLINKING FREQUENCY
Compressor not running
1. Activate Forced Compressor Operation, wait 2 minutes (in case of high head pressure)
2. If compressor doesn’t start, check CN79 pin 4 for 2.5vdc (if not there replace Main PCB)
3. If voltage is OK, remove power, disconnect CN03 (Inverter PCB) and check resistance to the
windings. Aproxametly10 ohms. If not correct , inspect wire harness, if OK replace compressor.
4. Disconnect CN02 (SMPS PCB), check resistance to Overload , if open replace overload.

Hi. I can not look up that model number. Please re check the model number. From what I could find out, this unit has direct spark ignition for bake and broil as well. There must be a control board that controls all of the ignition for the cook top as well as the oven. Usually referred o a DSI board on other units. This is more than likely the part that has failed.

HI. This is a dual evap system so there is an evaporator in the refrigerator. Sounds like you have a clogged drain tube in the refrigerator section. This will cause the water you are getting. Also, if the filter or water lines are located in the refrigerator section, make sure they are not leaking. Your water tank or reservoir is also located in the refrigerator and could be leaking as well. I have attached videos for clogged drain tubes for you. I could not find a tech sheet or any information on this one.

Remove the dispenser, there should be 2 screws behind it. Next you can pop off the knob there should be one screw behind it. Remove it then carefully remove the console assembly. Once the console is removed there are 4 screws that secure the top panel onto the mounting bracket. See links below Matt Ace technician

Hello
The most likely cause is an obstructed discharge path.
Remove your drain hose from the back of the machine and see if it is obstructed in any way. Work your way back to the tub, looking for obstructions. I have provided you with diagnostics and service manual.Matt Ace technician

In reply to: Ice Maker not working

This model with the ice maker in the upper left fresh food compartment actually has its own sealed system for the ice box compartment. You have a cooling issue with that compartment. it may be a defrost issue or a problem with your ice box fan, or worst case would be an evaporator issue. First see if icebox fan is running and inspect icebox evaporator coil for excessive frost. If fan is running and there s no excessive frost the you most likely have a sealed system issue, which is very labor intensive and difficult. There is a thermistor kit for the icebox (p# 5303918416) which may be your least likely issue, but still possible. If the fan is not running then you need to replace it (p#241870801).If the fan is running and the freezer evaporator is excessively frosted up then you need to replace the evaporator bi metal thermistor (p#241962601) and/ or defrost heater(p#241962501).If the fan is running and the evaporator has no frost pattern then you are dealing with a sealed system issue. There is an icebox evaporator kit (p#5303918441). I have attached a wiring diagram/tech sheet for you and it does have diagnostic procedures outlined for you.

In reply to: Always igniting

Hi. I can not think of any other parts that would cause this issue. The spark module and the switches are the only parts that would cause that. Unless you have a shorted wire somewhere or water got in side. It is common for us to go on calls for this symptom after some one has boiled something over or spilled something on the switches. I will have them unplug the unit for 24 hours to let it dry out and that will usually take care of the issue and if not replacing the switches or spark module will do the trick. I do not see any other electrical parts on this unit.

Hi. Sounds like you have a clogged drain tube in the refrigerator section. I have attached a service pointer for this. The part number you need is in the pointer.

It could be your suspension dampers, however you need to also be sure the cam assembly retaining nut on bottom under gear case cover is not loose. I have attached a video on the cam assembly and also a copy of the tech sheet. There is a service bulletin on this model but it has to do with wet clothing and an a.c.u. replacement and is not in reference to your issue.

Hello
See links below on information you requested. We have run into this issue many times with low voltage to the inlet valve. It was the diode each time causing the issue. Here is the part link you need to correct your issue. https://www.savemoreonparts.com/part/wci/5303918287 Matt Ace technician
