Hi. I have attached the service manual on this unit for you. You could have a defrost issue or a sealed system issue. Or possible a fan motor not running.

Hello
I have provided you with the diagnostics and parts breakdown. If you cannot get display to light to get it into the diagnostic mode try shutting off the unit for 10-minutes to reset the board. If that does not work you will have check for power and the display board. If you have power their replace display control assembly. Once you get a display run the unit through diagnostics to make sure there are not any stored error codes that could cause other issues. Matt Ace technician

Hello
I have provided the diagnostic sheet, service bulletins along with the parts list. It sounds like one of two possibilities. 1) You could have a water inlet valve that is leaking through due to the valve diaphragm not seating properly. 2) You cold have an ice maker that is overfilling in the harvest cycle. Go through the diagnostics below to check the ice maker.

Ice maker theory of Operation
When the unit begins cooling, the fan in the ice box draws air from the freezer. When the Thermistor on
the ice maker senses a temperature of 16 degrees the ice maker will begin to cycle. The ice ejector fingers will
move around until a switch inside the ice maker head closes. When the switch closes a signal is sent to the
high voltage board; the board then supplies voltage to the fill valve and the ice maker fills with water.
NOTE: At the same time as the ice maker is filling with water, the fill tube heater will be energized for 45
minutes to prevent the fill tube from freezing.
After fill, the ice maker will go into “Hibernation” for 45 minutes. During this time, no power is supplied to the
ice maker motor. After the 45 minutes hibernation period has expired, the board will monitor the ice maker
Thermistor circuit and corresponding temperature. If the temperature is below the 16 degree mark the ice
maker will harvest and start the process over again.
Ice Maker Diagnostic Codes
The board is equipped with diagnostic software to detect issues with the ice maker. Use the following test to
diagnose ice maker issues:

Test 56. Enter the diagnostics and run step 56.
Possible Results:
E1- This code will come on when the Ice bin Thermistor is ABOVE 45 degrees for longer than 3 hours. This can
be the result of a bad ice bin Thermistor or cooling issue. Use Test 37 to check the Thermistor.
Service Test – 37 Ice Box Thermistor
• The board will check the resistance value of the Thermistor and display the results on the Temp Display (01 =
Pass, 02 = Open, 03 = Short).
A resistance check of the Thermistor reading should measure approximately 8800 ohms at 32 degrees.
E2 – This code indicates an issue with the switch in the ice maker not working correctly. This can be caused by
a cube jam or Ice maker issue. The ice maker switch can be tested in service Test 59.
If there is ice in the mold of the ice maker then run Test 57.
Service Test – 57 Ice Maker Harvest
• Press SW3 to activate a Harvest sequence. Digit 1 displays the state of the sequence. Digit 2 displays the
outcome of the sequence. Once initiated, the sequence cannot be exited.
Digit 1. 0 = Heater and Motor OFF, 1 = IM Heater ON, 2 = Motor Rotating CW until it finds home position
Digit 2. 0 = In Progress, 1 = Harvesting Completed, 2 = Harvesting Not Completed
Service Test – 59 Ice Maker Motor
• Press SW3 to activate a Motor sequence and toggle through each step. Digit 1 displays the state of the
motor. Digit 2 displays the status of the motor. Once initiated, the sequence cannot be exited.

Hello
There are a few possibilities to cause this issue. One of the spark ignition switches might be defective. The spark ignition switch sends voltage to the spark module. When the electrical contacts inside the switch close, power flows to the spark module. If the spark ignition switch fails with the electrical contacts closed, the switch will send continuous voltage to the spark module. To troubleshoot to see if any of the spark ignition switches is defective, use a multi-meter to test each of the switches for continuity. If a spark ignition switches shows continuity at all settings, replace it.The spark module provides power to each surface burner spark electrode. If the spark module fails, it may cause the burners to spark continuously. However, the spark ignition switch is more likely to be at fault. Before replacing the spark module, first test the spark ignition switch. If the spark ignition switch is working properly, consider replacing the spark module. Hello
I have provided you with the diagnostics sheet for your ice maker and optics. Go through the diagnostics test by these instructions and it will confirm any defective parts from the ice maker, water inlet valve & optics. Let us know once you have diagnosed the issue and if you need further assistance. See links below. Matt Ace technician

Hi. How is the water pressure coming out of the dispenser? Also, check you temperatures to make sure the unit is getting cold enough to produce ice. Did the filter get flushed with water once it was installed to remove any air in the system? There is also another water inlet valve on this unit. p# WPW10394076 . If you are getting good water pressure then this valve should be good.

Hi. Yes, typically with this error code the main board is bad. This error code is a communication error between the main board and the Display board. You could have a bad display board, but I have not yet had one with this error that the display board was bad. Check your ice makers. There is a sensor on the bottom of the ice makers that is common to break off or get damaged and I have seen that cause this error as well. Make sure when you installed the new board that none of the wires got pinched or broke. I have had that happen as well.

Hello
If you are at a 29 inch vacuum , you have a 95% chance of a leak in the system. You could also have 5% chance of A restricted filter dryer or capillary tube. The way you would trouble shoot is by weighing in refrigerant by the nameplate ounces. If it comes up to 2-4 lbs. suction pressure and you have an even frost pattern you have a leak. If it goes back down into a vacuum you have a restriction and need to replace the filter dryer. See video link below on refrigerant leaks. https://www.appliancevideo.com/?cat=45&s=refrigerant+&post_type%5B%5D=post&post_type%5B%5D=premiumvideos&post_type%5B%5D=fromthefield&post_type%5B%5D=embdvideo

Hi. This is a typical symptom of a bad rear bearing. You would need to replace the rear half of the outer tub and the inner basket. Also, if the drum has dropped and damaged the front half of the outer tub, it would need replaced as well. This repair is usually not cost effective.

Hi. We do not have a video on the exact bellow that your unit has. We do have many bellow repair videos. I have attached a link to the videos for you. They will aid you in your repair. The Maytag and Whirlpool videos are going to be the closest to your unit and will assist you the best in your repair.

Hello, If it does not have a full frost pattern on the evaporator than you will need to hook up refrigerant gauges to the system and check pressures. This is a specialty skill and you must be EPA certified and trained to do this repair legally. It could be a leak somewhere in the system. In most cases it is not worth the cost of repair but some people do not care about the price. If you are not trained on sealed system repairs you really should hire it out, there are many specialty tools required. I attached a basic video for reference.

Hello, That model number did not come up. If the compressor is running and not getting cold enough you need to check the frost pattern on the evaporator. you very well could have a sealed system issue.

Hello

The F01 error A communication error between the Central Control Unit

(CCU) and the EEPROM onboard the CCU occurred.
Possible Causes/Procedure
■ A power glitch may cause this error.
– Unplug washer or disconnect power for two
minutes.
– The washer should operate on its own dedicated
circuit. If operating on a common circuit, it may
be receiving line noise from other appliances.
– Check CCU operation by running same cycle with
same loads in which the failure was observed.
MAIN RELAYS ERROR
One of the main relays is not working properly.
Possible Causes/Procedure
■ The relay might be welded replace CCU board
