Hello. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Take a look at page 3 at the trouble shooting guide. Second symptom down it says “WON’T START CYCLE START BUTTON IS PRESSED”. Follow the steps, which has you do test 2 on page 5 and test 6 on page 10. What are connections p3 and p4? I show those as the user interface connectors. You should have the connector and then the pin numbers. For example p1-3 and p1-4. P1 is the connector and 3 and 4 are the pins on the connector. The board could be faulty. Most of the time you will have a burnt spot on the back of the board. I have seen many of theses boards fail for this same symptom. Your motor could be faulty as well. The tech sheet also shows how to test the motor.

I also found a service manual on a similar unit. This shows how to take the whole unit apart and will help you in your repair.

Thanks for your question.Based on what you have stated customer complaint is, it sounds like she may be resetting her electronic control(part #2303805).Unfortunately i find this part as no longer available. There are companies that do rebuild controls so you will have to see your service manager for those details about such services.

I believe you have a hidden bake element. To access this you must take remove oven door so bottom panel can slide up and out exposing bake element and then it can be removed (with power off!) and checked for continuity with your ohm meter.(usually approximately 28 ohms or so).If bake element is good then oven control most likely is bad.

Thanks for your question.I have attached a link outlining your f1 error code issue with diagnostic procedure that should answer your question(s).Good luck.

Thanks for your question. If the motor “hums” but wont engage start it could very well be a bad motor start winding. This would be most likely cause of issue based on your information.

I still can not find the tech sheet of your unit. I did find a tech sheet for a similar model. The tech sheet seems to be quite a bit different but it can possibly help you to see what the error codes could mean and some other useful info.

Hi. It dose not seem like I have heard this noise before. So does this happen as the drum free fall spins to a stop after the motor has turned off? The only 2 things moving would be the tub and rotor. Could be the gears inside the clutch assembly, which is basically a transmission. It is hard to say. I have attached a link to this part.

Hi. First I would get into the diagnostic mode and check for any error codes as well as run through the test mode and see if you get the elements to heat. Is broil working on this unit? If your bake and broil elements are not coming on I would suspect wiring, thermal fuses, or control board. Did this unit stop working after a self clean?

Thank you for your question. In order to help you please provide error code displayed during failure. This code is necessary in order to determine your issue.

Thank you for your question, unfortunately the model number you provided does not come up as valid. Please locate and provide proper model number so i can help further. I do want to advise you that it does sound like a dirty surface burner port issue which can be cleared with a small pin or even a small paper clip.

Thank you for your question. There is a thermal fuse in the bottom front of dryer on vent tube behind lint housing( part # 3392519).It needs to be checked for continuity with your ohm meter. You also want to check the heater box high limit thermostat located on the heater tube for continuity. There are 2 thermostats on the heater box and it would be the rear most one.You also want to check your door switch.I could not find a video link for your exact model but i am attaching a similar type which will pretty much show you what the process is part 3 for the door switch on you model is 279782.Hopefully this information will be helpful.
