Hi. I have attached the tech sheet to your unit. The E5E error code is a communication error between the main board and the speed board. It says to check wiring between them. If wiring is good replace the main board. IF that does not take care of the issue replace the speed board.  There is not a way to determine which boars is at fault with a communication error.  Attached is links for both parts

In reply to: Washer overfilling

Hi. If your washer is overfilling, check your pressure switch and hose. The switch is p# 12002304. The hose could have a hole or could be clogged or the pressure switch could be faulty.

Hi. There are a few different things that can cause this to happen. First make sure you have proper polarity and power at the outlet. These unit are very sensitive to this and it needs to be correct. Make sure no pots or pans in the bottom drawer  are coming in contact  with the bake igniter which sits behind this drawer when its closed. The most common reason for this issue is a damaged wire harness. They have updated the harness on this unit. Part # W10701462. I would replace this harness if everything else checks out good. I have attached a link to instructions on installing the new harness

Hi. I do not see any updates to the original drain tube or pan. No kits to replace these parts either. I would replace your drain tube, p # 241957901 to fix the leak. Or is the leak coming from the drain pan? you can take a piece of metal  wire and wrap it around the heater and down into the drain and inch or so to help the drain from freezing back up again. I have attached a video to show this on a different unit.

HI. The HE error is an error that means the dishwasher has not recognized a change in water temp with in 10 mins. You could have a bad heater, thermistor,  or control. The thermistor is most likely the problem. Also, check the incoming water temp. It should be about 120 deg. IF it is too cold it will throw this error code.  I have attached the service manual. on 3-19 shows how to replace the heater. You can check your heater for continuity to determine if it is bad, and also your thermistor. The service manual should have the ohm value of the thermistor as well. Sorry we do not  currently have a video on this heater.

Hi. I am not able to look that model number up. Please double check that you have the correct model number. Do you have a part number for the gasket? IS this an older stove?

Hi. Here are the instructions on programming the new board. I have also attached a video. Once you enter the code you press the freezer temp. down key until the display starts flashing. This means it is saved. At this point you can close the doors and when you open them back up it will show a normal display and the unit should be running at this point as well.

Programming Mode:
NOTE: The Program Code is located on the Serial Plate on this unit after the word Code.
1. Press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad .
2. Press and hold Freezer Temperature Down Keypad within 3 seconds .
3. Release the Door Alarm Keypad and wait 3 seconds.
4. The control will display PE to indicate the programming mode.
5. Entry is confirmed by pressing the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad once more.
6. The control will display the current Program CODE. This value should be validated with the
Program CODE printed on the unit serial plate.
NOTE: If the Program CODE is correct, the Programming Mode is exited by pressing Door Alarm
Keypad for 3 seconds.
7. Press the Refrigerator Temperature Up Keypad or Refrigerator Down Keypad to
change the digit value with each key press.
8. The decimal point indicates the selected digit. Press the Freezer Temperature Up Keypad to
select the next digit.
9. Once the desired Program CODE is entered, press and hold the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad
until the Program CODE begins flashing indicating it has been saved.
NOTE: If you attempt to enter an invalid Program CODE the control will not save the new code, but will
beep. (The unit will NOT run with a Program CODE of 0000).Once the Program CODE has been
saved the Programming Mode is exited by pressing any key. If the new code is incorrect this
process should be repeated.
The Programming mode can be exited at any time by pressing Door Alarm key for 3 seconds or
will exit if unattended for four minutes.

In reply to: No ice

Hi. From searching around and my own experience this model does not have any kind of history with frozen fill tubes. Is the ice maker in the freezer on this unit? I do come across frozen fill tubes often. Most of the time there is not a rhyme or reason as to why it froze up. It does happen from time to time. Slow water pressure to the ice maker can cause this to happen as well as an inlet valve that is not closing completely. Excessive condensation build up around the fill tube will cause it to freeze as well. Make sure the doors are sealing and the unit is working properly. Is the house very humid? What is sealed in place with silicone?

In reply to: Maytag gas dryer

Hi. I have attached a video on how to gain access to the inside of your unit as well as the parts break down. It should be close to the video. If not, let me know. I have also attached the tech sheet on this unit so you can check for error codes and so forth. I would check the error codes and see if there are any stored to get you in the right direction. It does sound like gas coils could be causing the intermittent heat, but bad coils should not cause the unit to shut down and beep. Maybe its giving you an error code when it does this.

Hi. It sounds like you have a faulty lid switch. I have attached a link with a few videos on this repair. Check to make sure the lid is not depressed in and that the screws for the hinges of the lid are tightened as well. I have seen depressed lids and loose hinge screws cause the lid switch to not get actuated.
