If the problem comes back after resetting the breaker. I would address this problem by replacing the main control panel.

Why, all of a sudden, are we seeing an influx of foreign (240 volt, or otherwise unsearchable) appliances? No one that I know of carries info on foreign products that our suppliers can provide parts for. It serves no [purpose for them to do so. One would think that the US energy standards might also be compromised..We do not as of yet have information on this product. A soon as the factory releases it we will post it on Repair Help for everyone.

Hi. Did you find a defrost issue the first time? Is does sound like an air flow issue in the refrigerator given what your Temps are. If it’s not a defrost issue causing restricted airflow, then it could be the evaporator fan motor not working properly. Especially If you have replaced the control board already. I would be looking for that first.

I agree I would start with the trherister. Control or thermister is a good guess, as you mentioned.Se link for GE dryer videos https://www.appliancevideo.com/?cat=&s=ge+dryer+not+running&post_type%5B%5D=post&post_type%5B%5D=premiumvideos&post_type%5B%5D=fromthefield&post_type%5B%5D=embdvideo

Here is the service manual on your unit. With this you will be able to put your unit into diagnostics, check error codes, etc.

I work in a lot of the dacor we find that that u 60 code on certain model numbers and double ovens depended upon the serial number you will have a change the really boredom and the blowers as well There is been some updates to those blower fans as well as updates to the relay boards and they are not a compatible with the old ones This is why you need to change the cooling fans and the really boards together sometimes to relay boards and two cooling fans. Some of the Dacor wall ovens you may need to clear the error code manually in diagnostics after the problem has been resolved.
ERC Quick Test
The process requires two people. To access the program, one person should stand at the oven, while
the other is located at the circuit breaker. The person at the circuit breaker turns off the breaker and
then the person at the oven depresses and holds the cooktime keypad. The person at the circuit
breaker then turns the breaker back on. The display will show the 4-character identification code of the
ERC. Example (1180)
You have 30 seconds between each test mode.
Note: if unit shows time of day start procedure over again.
Test 1
Push and hold convection bake
Bake element and convection fan activate.
Test 2
Push and hold Standard Bake
Bake element activate.
Test 3
Push and hold Pure Convection
Convection fan and convection element activate.
Test 4
Push and hold broil
Broil element activate. (on gas units – ignitor will activate.)
Test 5
Push and hold convection broil (select models)
Broil element and convection fan activate.
Test 6
Momentary push timer 2
Audible tone will sound.
Test 7
Push and hold stop time
Cooling fan activate.
Test 8
Momentary push clock
All LEDs will light up. Push + or – key pad. LEDs wil display numbers
Example: 1111, 2222, 3333, 4444 etc.
Test 9
Last test door open, push and hold cook time for 10 seconds
Self clean latch motor activate. Door latch will complete one cycle.
The test will end and ERC will display the time of day.
NOTE:
Complete all tests within 30 seconds – otherwise you will see a failure code (F-0: Stuck key pad) displayed

If the tach-gen on the motor is bad, it will not signal the proper rpm feedback to the MCU and CCU. Likewise, a pressure switch which is beginning to fail might indicate water still in tub, preventing final spin. A clogged airline on the tub is another indication.

I recommend installing a new actuator and cam kit on this unit. We see this all the time on this exact model.

The most common issue on this model is your lid switch beaching a proper connection in the switch and causing your issue. Very common problem. I recommend installing a lid switch on this unit. See parts and video links below.

Hi. The tub wobble in the low speed spin as it is increasing in speed is normal. It can be worse depending on the load. As long as it is not knocking against anything or walking if should be fine. If it does the same thing with no clothes in it there could be an issue. The customer may have just had an off balance load. Have them monitor it and see if it happens again. That is what I would do in this situation. I run into this a lot. The customer will call after this happening just one time to them with out trying it again with a different load. When I get there it works just fine and they usually had a very small load or something unusual like blankets in the load that caused it. Small loads are the worst for causing a washer to get off balance. You can also run the unit through a diagnostic mode and pull up any stored error codes to lead you in the right direction if there is an issue. Let me know what you find out.

Hi. The model number you provided is not valid. It should be all numbers and is probably going to start with 106. . It should be located on the inside refrigerator wall. I will be able to see what unit we are working with once I have the model number. If the freezer seems cold enough and the fan is working then you may have a defrost issue, which blocks air flow to the refrigerator. Check for frost build up on the back panel of the freezer. Heavy frost build up on this panel is a symptom of a defrost issue. Here are some videos on defrost issues.

I am not showing the DC96-1700A pump as a croos reference to your model number. The pump you need is DC96-01414A. See parts link http://www.savemoreonparts.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=DC96-01414A

This sounds like you have a part of your defrost system put. If this is a side by side unit remove the food from the lower half of the freezer section, can you see or feel a layer of frost on the back evaporator coil cover. If so this means if you take off the evaporator cover that will have 6-8 screws it will have a heavy frost layer on the coil. When the coil frosts up it will restrict air flow to the refrigerator section and you will not maintain proper temperatures. You will need to take a hair dryer and defrost the coil completely until you see no frost at all . Look at our video links below on some possibility of the underlying issues that caused your defrost issue. Video frost build up see link https://www.appliancevideo.com/maytag-mff2558wfb3-refrigerator-repair-not-cooling-control-board/ If you get your exact model number we can look up the parts. Hope this helps. Matt Ace technician
