Yes, there is no fourth error code. The blinking sensor light is not an error code. With the unit not spinning out and stored error code of basket speed fault I would replace the actuator. This is also what could have caused the unit to stop when it started to sense at the beginning of the cycle you started. The actuator is the most common part we replace on these washers. Its part number W10006355. Make sure your lid lock is working properly since you have an error for it, but you could have that error code present simply because someone pressed the start button with the lid open. The stuck key error code could be present if someone held down the start button too long.

I would start by checking power from the ice maker to the inlet valve. In most cases if the ice maker is getting power and you are getting power at the inlet valve you have a defective ice maker.

Hey Todd,
Put the unit into diagnostic mode to find out what error code it is giving. Sounds like you have something preventing the motor from starting. Make sure the basket turns freely. Check underneath the washer to see if any thing is tied up. If you get a motor fault error and nothing is tied up and everything moves freely you might have a bad capacitor or motor. OR possibly control. You can run some tests from the tech sheet according to what error code you are getting. The tech sheet is located in a bag attached to the top right corner of the inside of the front panel. Take the two rear screws out and lift up the top of the unit to gain access to it. Let me know what you find out. I attached a video to help you with the diagnostic mode.

What is the off indicating on the display? Cooling off or ice off? Is there a way to turn the cooling on and off from the display? Does the unit not run at all? Is it room temperature in this unit?

I found this information on a similar model that might work for your model. Try this out and let me know.

This4-3) Exhibition Function
function is for a display purpose on the floor of show room or store.
1) Mode ON/OFF 1-1) For the exhibition mode, press Power Freeze and Freezer Temp, buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds until a “ding-dong” sounds. 1-2) Press the same time buttons again for 8 seconds to cancel this mode put with a “ding-dong” sound.
2) Operation 2-1) Most of the system function except the compressor operation are working properly. 2-2) There is no defrost cycle in this mode.
1) Self-Diagnostics in the initial Power ON 1-1)The control board performs a self diagnostics test within 1 second and check out the temperature sensors abilities. 1-2) If a sensor failure occurs, a corresponding LED segment will blink with a beep. 1-3) When a LED segment blinks, only the cancellation function (Press Power Freeze and Power Cool buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds) is acceptable. 1-4) After a replacement of bad sensor or a cancellation of this function, this self diagnostics will end.
2) Self-Diagnostics in the normal operation 2-1) To select this function, press Power Freeze and Power Cool buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds with an audible tone. 2-2) In the self diagnostic mode, only corresponding LED segments will be illuminated (see the check list on the next page) 2-3) After a 30 second illumination of error signal, the system will return to the normal operation.

Hi. The parts you will need to install the new motor/pump are the motor pump of course (p#3369015),and the seal (p#3369037). You may possibly need seals 8520843, and 3369177. They are apart of the perpetrator and may be worn.

HI. When you say “control” are you referring to the display? Is the display going off after 5 seconds of showing the temps? Are you getting any lights on the unit? Is anything such as the fans running? IF nothing is working it sounds like you have a main board issue. I have attached links to the part and a repair video. Let me know the other information you find out on this unit.

In reply to: Unit completly dead,

HI. I’m not able to bring up this model number. Please check that this is the correct model number. What brand is it? I would check that you have proper power to the unit. If its electic 240V. If gas- 120V. Most wall ovens have a thermal fuse. If that fuse fails it will cut off power to the unit. On some the fuse is located in the control panel area. If you have proper power and the fuse is good check for power to the control board. Let me know what you find out.

ARE INDICATOR LIGHTS FLASHING ? IS THERE OTHER LIGHTS FLASHING THIS COULD INDICATE AND ERROR MOST OF ALL MAKE SURE THE DRAIN PUMP COVER IS ON IN THE SUMP AREA I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND FOUND THAT CUSTOMER HAD TAKEN THE DRAIN PUMP COVER OUT AND DISCARDED IT AND IT CAUSED THAT SAME ISSUE I REINSTALLED IT AND IT WORKED FINE PART # OF DRAIN PUMP COVER IS 00611322 SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE . You might also want to check the door magnet and make sure that it is lining up perfectly and that the cabinet is centered with top of door. We have had one doing something similar recently and it was the “heat pump” aka wash motor that was causing the issue. Hope this helps.

Reversed Compressor Harness on some of the French Door Refrigerators
Issue: The compressor harness assembly is in the wrong position at the compressor. The harness at
the compressor connector is reversed. Facing the relay the correct wiring colors should be (Blue left) (purple center ) ( Black Right ) On some models the black & purple got reversed. Double check for correct for proper wiring.
The compressor shaft is locked. (The compressor does not start.)
