That board part is 207214. We unfortunately don’t have a purchase link or video, but am hoping you guys can handle it from here.

Outside of the standard overloaded, under loaded, too many different fabric types (some hold more water than others) or washing waterproof fabrics…I haven’t personally noticed any particular issue to cause these problems that I’d feel confident enough in to recommend.

Sorry I’m not much help

To remove the drawer on this model, look at the lower right and left outside corners where you will see a plastic pin that looks similar to a recessed knob. You must pull this pin straight out and then the drawer will come off of the tracks to give you access to the tech sheet.

Checked the gas pressure before the regulator? Your regulator will not work correctly if it has too much pressure. Also what was the amperage from the ignitor when it is on ? Most common it is the ignitor.

Repairman15,

The DC error is for an out of balanced load. Could you go into more detail about how the failure occurred? My first guess, would be that the customer had a load that was too large/small/too many different clothes/waterproof clothing that would cause the unit to go off balance and then throw the error.
Are those things possibilities for your instance? Has this error come up multiple times for the customer?
I will try to help if you can reply with some more details.

repairman15,
For your model and that error it states that there is a communication error. You’ve already replaced the two ‘logical’ parts being the sensor and control. I would double check your harness plugs and connections and look for damage to the plugs/connectors on the control and sensor. If those look fine, next thing I’d check is the actual wire harness itself and look for any signs of damage. Finally if all of this passes the “eye” test, I would remove the harness from the sensor and the control board and ohm the wires out. I just returned from a Samsung training class, their rep stated that they’ve had issues with their wiring breaking inside the coated wires but not breaking completely for you to physically see it broken. They said that this type of failure is extremely difficult to find because in order to find it you must check the wires for continuity while flexing the wires in “just the right spot”. The rep said that in a circumstance such as yours that it would save sanity to just replace the harness entirely.
I hope this helps in some way

Fred, it’s actually a known issue with this model and L-G will send a tech out to repair at no charge. If we come across them, we usually charge a service call only and refer to LG Service for them to finish the repair. Sorry! But yes, I’m pretty sure they do replace that switch assembly.

To me, yes, that would be the most likely. But still do a full diagnosis or visual inspection when there. Part number is 6601ER1004C but I don’t have a purchase link for it. I do have a video for you if that would help. Added it below.

Hi. WIth the unit not draining properly you either have a clogged or kinked hose somewhere or a bad drain pump. Double check all hoses for clogs and kinks or anything that would cause the unit to drain slowly. If everything checks good then you must have a bad drain pump. I have seen the pumps work when there is no pressure from the water on the impeller and then when you get water pressure back on it they will fail again. Attached is a link to the part and a video for this repair with diagnostic.

Did you check the pump filter first? That would be my first guess. I have had the drain pump still run but be damaged. I would check the filter, drain hose to see if it’s kinked or restricted and also check where the pump to tub hose connects to the washer (I’ve seen a large item clog up the hole on the washer tub). If all that checks out, I would then replace the drain pump

Gary, this signifies an EEProm error, which is caused by a malfunctioning EEProm & most likely the main control will need replaced. This error is usually only seen in OC Test Mode.

That water filter case assembly part number is DA97-03301A and I unfortunately don’t have a direct purchase link for it. I do have a video tha deals with the display though, and may help you out. It’s below. Thanks for coming to us with this!

Unfortunately, and surprisingly to me, we do not. I just double checked. Sorry about that. I’m making a note to get some added asap. In the meantime, I’ll add a video that will have a very similar setup to an LG. And a common pump replacement part if you need that as well. SInce you don’t have your model listed I took a guess, but you can look it up as well.

Is it possible the thermostat wasn’t checked on the initial diagnosis due to the burn marks on the inverter? I can see why it might have been missed but it could potentially solve your problem. From there, I’d suggest referring to factory service if it doesn’t work. We’ve had a few that we’ve been unable to figure out and they’ve either replaced or sent a certified technician to double check us.
