This sounds like a shorted touch pad, I would start there. I had a similar issue with the same model and it took care of it.If you are in need of any parts please support our parts department on line at http://savemoreonparts.com/ or call 1-800-830-5465 7-days a week until 11pm Eastern time. Self Diagnostics
To enter Self Diagnostic mode, both temperature control panel displays must be illuminated. A display
can be illuminated by pressing an adjacent temperature adjustment button. When both displays are
illuminated, set the freezer and refrigerator temperature settings to 5. Simultaneously press and hold all
4 temperature adjustment buttons for approximately 3 seconds. A flashing 0 in the refrigerator and
freezer displays will indicate that the refrigerator is in Self Diagnostic mode.
To perform a self diagnostic test, locate the test in Table 2, Diagnostic Tests.
For temperature control panels with single-digit displays, the COLDER temperature adjustment button
will increment the numbers up and the WARMER temperature adjustment button will increment the
numbers down. Use the freezer temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the
freezer display. Use the refrigerator temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in
the refrigerator display. When a test code has been entered, the displays will flash to confirm the test

Are you getting 0ºF in the ice room? How about in the freezer below? This sounds like a mechanical or seled system issue. If your getting zero degrees you should have frozen cubes, if not look at what is causing the rise in temperature. If you are in need of any parts please support our parts department on line at http://savemoreonparts.com/ or call 1-800-830-5465 7-days a week until 11pm Eastern time. From what we have see the 1E I think could be an IE not number 1. If it is this is a water coming in is not detecting the proper water flow to the dishwasher. This could indicate a plugged inlet valve. I would start there. The last time we ordered a 11-0503-21 they shipped a 11-0619-21. This must be a very recent substitution since it was from just last week. It does have the terminals as you described, 3, double 4 and 6.
The directions state: “ Reconnect wire disconnected in step 5. NOTE there are 2 different types of timer, electronic timers (models ending in “D”) and electromechanical timer (white plastic can type). For electronic timers connect as follows; Yellow to terminal 3 and Blue to Terminal6 (note term 4 is not used). For electromechanical timers (white cam type) connect as follows; Black to terminal 3, Red to terminal 6 and Blue to terminal 4.”If you are in need of any parts please support our parts department on line at http://savemoreonparts.com/ or call 1-800-830-5465 7-days a week until 11pm Eastern time. One of our technicians had one of these about six months ago. I was given the advise by PSA members to check the neutral wires. I unplugged and plugged back every wire connection on the machine and it has been working ever since. You should clear drain after you install the new drain kit you can do this several ways ether remove evaporator cover and use hot water or just shut off fridge and open both doors. It will take a few hours for the ice to melt.

Thanks everyone! Matt, I called for a part but the lady said it wasn’t in stock so I got one ordered from the Panasonic parts distributor. Will try to replace the magnetron myself.

Dellon, it sounds like you may have a bad control board if it will not go into the diagnostic mode. Here is the part number for the technician diagnostic sheet W10280489 TECH SHEET. You can normally get this for under $4.00 . Donna, it sounds like you have a leaking water line coupling. If its a plastic line its easy to put on a new water coupling . You cut the water line even across and just push on the fitting on each end to seal it. Thanks, Jimmy.
There is no pattern of frost on the coil, just some here and there.
I took apart the foam air passage – all clear.
Is there another blower that turns on-and-off with the door? Maybe I’m missing something if the evaporator blower isn’t a dual-speed motor.

Anita, this is normally requires a drain pump repair/replacement. I don’t have a video at the moment but will list the part information below. You can check to see if there is anything blocking the drain as a first solution and then move on from there.

IF the solenoid was visually damaged and you cannot get the dispenser to engage, it may have taken out the Dispenser board in the process. Double check all of your electrical connections to confirm you do not have a loose harness between the UI and the dispenser solenoid.

Mary Ellen, you can check the timer to see if it’s failed, I’ll add a video below showing how to do this. I’ll also attach the part information specific to your model. There’s only a handful of major components to freezers so I would have had you start of checking this anyway. Let us know if there’s more we can do.

Fatima, this sounds like a lid switch that’s failing. I’ll add a video that will help you below as well as the part information. When the lid switch quits working the washer fails to cycle correctly. I think this is a repair you could handle and hopefully this gets you working again.

Henry, I’d check the thermal fuse first to see if it blew, and while inside clean out any lint build up in the blower housing, venting, etc. See if that gets you working again. I’ll list the part information below. Or you can always call our parts department 7-days a week until 11pm Eastern at 1-800-830-5465.
