Ted, I think you may have a part of your defrost system out causing a frost build up on the coil restricting air flow to the refrigerator section. See parts list and video below. Matt Ace technician

No, I cannot operate my washer and button selections are not accepted. However, I will get back to you after trying your suggestions. thanks.

Hi. Are you still able to operate the machine? Does the panel accept button selections? First try to unlock the control panel. It should tell you on the panel what button this is and how to do it. Usually you press the control lock button for 3 seconds. See if this works. If not try to reset it again. Did you leave it unplugged for 5 mins before plugging it back in? Let me know what you find out after you have done these steps.

Monica, parts that are no longer available or are discontinued have a few options. See links below for re-manufactured parts.

Hi. This issue you are having could be from a faulty relay on the control board or a bad fan motor. I have attached links for both parts. Also, I attached a video that will give you the basic idea of what needs to be done to gain access to the fan motor. Its not the same model you have but the same steps will need to be taken. Another video I have attached shows how to gain access to the control board. IF you need any further help just let me know.

Hi. There are many different things that can cause your freezer to not cool. I have attached a video showing how to check if your unit is low on refrigerant. Another thing you can do is turn the unit back on and give it 24 hrs to cool. If it starts cooling properly again it may not be going into self defrost causing your issue. If this is the problem it will work good for about a week or so, you will notice it not freezing again and frost will appear on the back panel. AT this point you would need to determine which defrost component has failed. IF you need any further help please let me know.

Hi. The ER error code is for a faulty touch panel or control board. It can be either one. IF you have had issues with buttons not responding or working I would suspect the touch panel. IF not, then its a toss up to which one is bad. I have attached links to purchase both parts. If you need any further help please let me know. Good luck!

Hi Nick, On your particular model, your main power board is actually located under the refrigerator. To access the board, you will have to remove the FRONT kick panel and it will be enclosed in a protective box. May be 1 or 2 screws you have to take out to remove the whole assembly. Any other questions feel free to ask! Attached is a link to the power board.

Hi Athalina, Thanks for your question. The noise your are probably hearing is the drain pump running when you first start the cycle. It will shut off after a few minutes. But what I will need you to do, is watch the video I am attaching to this thread about how to put your washer into diagnostic mode. It is not the same exact model as yours but is the same process to enter diagnostic. After you watch the video and put your washer in diagnostic mode, follow the “error code display”…. Please document the sequence of the lights and how they flash and please get back with us. This will give us a better idea of what we have going on!
Thank you! Tony-AceTech52

Dede, it sounds like the control board may be the issue. I cant see anything else in the diagram that would cause this issue besides the timer you have already replaced. Matt Ace technician

I installed the RCO410, the pump seems to be working (it vibrates a little, and after a few hours keeps drawing 1.2 amps (measured inline from the power in on the RCO410). My less accurate meter the fridge is plugged into says it’s totaling 1.3 amps (there are two fans running). After leaving it on for 12 hours yesterday with no ampmeter and getting no cooling inside the freezer or fridge, I hooked my multimeter up today to measure current going to the RCO410 and after a couple hours of it being 1.2 amps (it did start a bit higher, about 1.5, but went down within a few minutes to 1.2) it’s still taking the same power with no cooling.
Before installing the RCO410 I checked the ohms on the compressor pins and say 3-8 depending on which pair I checked. My gut feeling is I it had a leak when it overheated which means it’s time to replace, any thoughts?

Hi Armgua, thanks for your question. I believe you are on the right track with diagnosing the problem as the membrane (touchpad assembly). Does the oven still function? Bake Broil etc? just certain keys don’t work? such as numbers and clock and what not? If bake and broil are working, I would definitely go with Membrane (touchpad)…Typically when the control goes out, NONE of the buttons will work. Please let us know if this fixes your issue. On a side note, I did want to mention that the model you provided us, indicated this was a stainless steel model. But the part number you supplied for the membrane was actually biscuit colored. The stainless steel membrane part number is 9756595ES…. I’d hate to see you order the wrong color! Attached is a link to the membrane part!
Good luck with your repair. Any other questions or information you can supply us with would always be helpful.
Thank you, Tony-AceTech52.

Hi YeVonnie, The F1 error code is indicating you have an internal problem with the digital control board (clock) . You will need to replace the board to fix the problem with your range. If you can provide a model number, I will gladly provide you with a link to purchase the part and repair videos… We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Stewart525, As long as your defrost heater is good, and has continuity, then we will move on from them. Make sure that your evaporator fan motor is working also. If fan motor is functioning, in most cases, your mother board is most likely the cause. What you can do is pull the refrigerator out, and remove the back square panel behind the unit, this is where your mother board is. Unplug the refrigerator and remove all harnesses, remove the board by depressing the 4 white pins holding it on, and inspect the back of the board. A lot of the time, you may be able to visually see that there is a burn spot on the back of the board. Usually directly on the other side of where the black relays lie. Although, the burn marks are not always present, that does not mean the board is necessarily good and in working order. In this case it is most likely the root of your problem. Please provide a FULL model number if you have any other questions. It is most likely located in the fresh food side on the right or left wall towards the top of the unit. Attached is a link to the mother board and a video of how to access and replace mother board. I hope this was helpful! If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask! Thank you, Tony-AceTech52

Hi Ronda, Thanks for your question… It would be very helpful if you could supply a model number so I can more accurately answer your question… But without the model lookup, it sounds like you have a bad touch pad. But again without model number, I can not provide part numbers or videos to assist in your diagnosis and repair.
Look forward to hearing back from you!

HI. The issue of things freezing/ getting too cold in the refrigerator section can be caused by a faulty sensor or control board. Also, could be related to the defrost issue. I have attached some videos on the defrost issue to help you. I would first get the defrost issue taken care of to see if it fixes the freezing issue as well. You could also try defrosting the refrigerator again manually and see if the freezing issue comes back. To thaw it out completely I recommend unplugging the unit for 24 hrs with the doors open. Also, I attached a link to purchase the evaporator assembly which includes all of your defrost parts. IF you need any further help just let me know, and good luck!
