Holly,
The part number for the board that matches your model number is WR55X10942 and is a pretty straightforward repair if that is in fact the problem. I’ve attached a video below with some diagnostics as well for you to look at. I’m also giving you the part link if you haven’t purchased a new board already. Hope this helps!

Dan, have you checked for 115 volts at the main power block coming in the the dishwasher ? Do you show any signs of power to the unit ? Check for power in and email us back for the next step in resolving your issue. I have provided a link below for your dishwasher. Matt Ace technician

Airin, this is what happened when the mouse got caught in the condenser fan motor. The mouse stopped the motor that removes the heat and keeps your compressor cool. In turn this overheated the compressor and shut it of on the resealable overload . The overload relay did what it was supposed to do it is a safety device. What happened was you most likely damaged the overload & relay due to the heat and short cycling. To correct your issue I would start with a new relay overload kit, I sent you a hyperlink below just click on it and it will take you to the part. It will have two parts options on the page use the option that is the best cost as they are the same part. This part will cost under $20.00 and is a 90% fix for your issue. there is a 10% chance you damaged your compressor in most cases it would not be cost effective to repair. The directions are on the package and its easy to install in less than 5-minutes. I have also provided a video link on how to install the part. Good luck Matt Ace technician

Bobby, As long as you have power to the keypad and it will not accept any entry you will need to replace the keypad.

Armando, the tech. sheet is with the refrigerator . If it is not you will need to contact Sears to purchase one. The model number you listed is not coming up in our system.

Antonio,
A lot of times in these units, the coin catch or drain catch gets filled with debris and will prevent the washer from draining. Watch the video below to see if that fixes the problem. If you do by chance have a bad drain pump, I’ll link the part you’d need for your model and we can get you a video for that as well. Let us know!

Walt,
We do typically replace the entire ice maker if that is what’s failing. I’ll attach a video for it below, containing a kit that is similar to yours and a link to the ice maker for your model. Also, be sure to check your saddle valve (STV2) at the back of the unit as well for your water. Occasionally there can be main board issues or something else as well so if you have further details of what you’re finding in there, let us know. Hope this helps!

Barbara, this is normally the case when the belt has either broken or come off the drum. I’ll add a video link below for you to check as well as the part link in case it has broken and you do need to purchase a new one. Good luck!

Stephanie, this sounds like the ignitor that’s weakening or failing. I’ll add a diagnostic video below for you to be able to access it and check it. If you do want to replace this yourself I’ll also add the part you’ll need. Hope this helps!

Philip, from our experience with this board there is instructions that come with the board if it needs to be programmed. Did you review the instructions it came with to make sure it did not need a jumper wire for your model ? Like the GE boards you need to cut the J 2 terminal on certain models listed on the instruction sheet. If you followed the instructions exactly you may have another issue.

Hi Anthony, make sure that your Ice Maker is On, the on off selection should be on the front dispenser display. If IM is on, and ice cubes are frozen in the mold and not dropping into bin, the Ice maker will need to be replaced. Attached is a link to the IM for your particular model. I am also attaching a couple troubleshooting videos and a repair guide video to replace the IM. Hopefully this helps. One other thing you may want to check, is that the fill line going into fill cup of the ice maker is not frozen. If the Ice maker is calling for water, you can usually hear the valve energizing. After troubleshooting, if there are any other questions, feel free to ask!

What we need to do is put the washer into diagnostics and find out what error codes the washer has stored. I have attached a video that shows you how to do this. If you have any further questions let me know.

IF there is not standing water in the machine and this is the start of a new cycle, you may have a bad control board. The start buttons and all other options besides the water level switch is part of this control board. To verify this you can check that you are getting 120 v to the control board. I have attached a link to purchase this part if you find you need it.

Diagram is not correct. This is wired into the side of the fez. The only plug is the one that goes into the ice maker.

In reply to: microwave

The model number you provided is not valid. It should be located around the cabinet of the oven once the door is opened or on the inside wall of the microwave. Is the unit still operating other than the turntable? Does it still heat to cook food? This issue can be caused by a faulty door switch or a faulty control board. Also, a bad turntable motor or cam that connects the turntable to the turntable motor. I would start by testing your door switches. IF you need any further assistance please let me know.
