Hi, sounds like you could have a communication issue between the main board and user interface. I have attached the service pointer for this. The U.I.and harness would need to be replaced since you already replaced the board. Also, check that power connections coming in at the junction box etc. are good, not loose or burnt that could cause power to drop out. Check the harness in the door between the U.I and main board for and broken, pinched wires. I have attached the service manual and tech sheet also.

Hi. I could not find a video on this specific unit. I did find and attached the service manual. This has complete breakdown instructions. You will be able to access the control with the info in the manual.

Yes, it would almost always be the board at this point if neither igniter is getting power. Very common on Frigidaire ovens. Make sure the board is getting 120v and that no wiring is damaged. Double check your model number. Its not showing as a good model number.

Hi. Temps in the freezer should 0-5 degrees and 32-45 in the refrigerator. I would take a look at the air damper to see if it is opening and closing properly. Also see if the damper on your unit is a electronic one. If not it will need to be replaced with one. P# WR13X10988. I also attached the mini manual for this unit.

Hi. I have attached the service manual for this refrigerator. I would run the diagnostics in this manual if you have not already done so. See if there are any other errors codes. Also , the inverter board has a red LED on it that will indicate errors as well. You can check for proper voltage from the main board to the inverter. If voltage is correct you could have a bad inverter board. With what you have described, it does sound like the main board is faulty.
