Are you getting any error codes on your display ? Go to page #26 in the troubleshooting link below for your model. Go down the page to number #19 through #24 . These error codes , symptoms and corrections are listed for your issue. There are a few possibilities of failed parts.
* Hall sensor defective
* Motor auto drawer connection or bad motor
* Auto drawer module connection issue or defective Auto drawer module
* Redd switch connection issue or defective reed switch
