Hello
If your freezer is getting 0–5 degrees consistently and everything in the freezer is staying solid especially ice cream. I would then replaced the upper refrigerator ( Sensor Temperature thermistor)part #WR55X10025 located near the air damper in the upper refrigerator section. Also check the air damper to make sure its opening and closing properly. Sometimes the plastic gears brake and prevent the air damper from opening. If the damper does not open properly you will run in to warm refrigerator temperatures you are experiencing.

Hello
If you have a defective LED light , one bad light will cause multiple lights to shut off. Start unplugging each individual light until the rest of lights come on. When they stay on , replace the bad LED light. On the dispenser issue, make sure you have proper water pressure to unit and the filters are installed properly. See complete manual link for complete diagnostics below.

Hello
Make sure the bake igniter is installed in the correct position. If it is out of position or to far away from the burner assembly you will get gas smell and delayed ignition issues. The correct bake igniter for your model is # 139013700. See manual and parts breakdown links attached.

Hello
Possible issues could be a frozen defrost drain pipe, failed sensor, failed or blocked evaporator fan motor, Door seal issue or door not closing properly. Defrosting it will only temporarily fix the problem. On this model,. the ice maker will stop harvesting if the freezer temps are above 5°f. Restore temp to your freezer first before replacing the ice maker. I wouldn’t advise you to defrost the fridge until you tested all sensors and checked diagnostics.

Hi. There are multiple things that can cause this. The most common would be a broken belt or idler pulley issue. There is a belt switch on this unit. It will cause a no start if the belt came off or broke. The control board could be faulty. I have attached the service manual for you.

Hello
You may have a thermister or control board issue. There is a service bulletin on this model. I would go to the technician sheet and run through the ice maker test #56. This will test all of the ice maker components.

Hello
On all parts look ups for Samsung or LG we call either Marcone or Union to verify. I would call you local PDA to have them look it up. If it is the correct board, then run it through the diagnostics with the technician manual link below.

Hello
I there are 20-25 possibilities for the condition you are explaining. Go to the (Technical diagnostics mode and service information) run the unit through the diagnostic mode for any error codes. Then go to section 6-2 in the job aid link below. This will walk you through each item to check and then you can go to component testing on page 5-1 verify the component is defective. I provided a link to a Whirlpool under counter video series, Whirlpool makes Kitchen Aid Ice machines . These video’s are not free unless you have a membership or pay $7.99 per video. With the troubleshooting guide it should walk you through each diagnostic process. I have also included one service bulletin and a parts breakdown.
