Hello
There is on Service Bulletin on your model. I would also run the unit through the service diagnostic cycle to look for error codes. If you are new at the new electronic models, you may want to look at appliance Samari technical assistance. The have classes on the new products and a great technician blog for quick answers. Here is the link. https://appliantology.org/

Hello
This error is a UI to Main Control Board communication error. Always check for pin back-outs, pinched or damaged wires before replacing components. Determine whether failure is caused by the component, main control board or wiring. See diagnostic sheet link below. Matt Ace technician

Hi. Check that you have proper voltage. Does anything happen when you try to start the unit? Any sounds? Beeps, clicks, humming? A lot of things will cause no start. door switch, belt switch, fuses, control, motor.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. If you checked your inline fuse and it was good, you still could have a bad cavity fuse or mag fuse that is bad. They will both cut power off to the unit. If they are both good and you have proper power to the unit your control may be bad. Check for voltage to to board.

Hello
Check the auger door switch, that is the switch you disconnected I assume. Make sure to check the wires where they go through the door hinge for a pinched or shorted wire. Will it still dispense ice if the lever is pressed even though it’s running all the time? Check all connections including the ground to the auger motor. If all checks okay, I would start with the dispenser UI control board.

There are no service bulletins on the ice chute assembly. It must not be retracting and sealing properly . I have provided the service manual. Matt Ace technician

Hello
When you say the refrigerant stops at the thermostat , are you referring to the defrost thermostat in the parts link below on page #12 picture number #21 ? It is round and has two wires going to it? If so that only controls the defrost heater and has nothing to do with the compressor. The sensor on the evaporator can cycle the compressor. I would replace the Sensor Part # 240597203.This could be your issue , here is a link if you want to order it. https://www.savemoreonparts.com/part/wci/240597203

Hello
When the compressor is shutting off are you getting power to the the starting components that powers the compressor ? If you have 115 Volts at the compressor starting components and the compressor is not running, that means you have a locked up compressor. The compressor would need to be replaced. See manual links below along with the wiring diagram. Matt Ace technician

Hello
If you replaced the main board and inverter and both motors are running, I would look at the evaporator for a frost pattern. This sounds like a sealed system issue. Go to the link below in the service manual on page #63 for sealed system diagnostics. Matt Ace technician
