Hello
See the diagnostic technician manual link below. We have not had any issues putting this unit into the diagnostic mode. If the freezer section is maintains normal temperature. It sounds like you may have a damper assembly issue if its freezing in the fresh food section. Matt Ace technician

If the unit is working for you it is difficult to determine the exact cause of the customer complaint. You may want to ask them to run a normal load of laundry and when it fails to leave as is without resetting and call you. There may also be stored errors that would help you with your diagnosis. I did attach the tech sheet for you on your model that will guide you through the diagnostic service mode and error code retrieval. Unless removed, there should be a tech sheet on most units that you should look for when you arrive for a diagnosis and it will prove to be a great asset for you when they are present.

Hello, I would start by replacing upper and lower door closer assembly for freezer door hinge. They are fairly inexpensive. Should be around $5 or less for each one. One attaches to bottom of door at hinge point and the other attaches opposite on hinge itself. The upper closer part # is 2182179 and the lower part # is 2155311. I have attached the Link to the parts look up in Sears website for you .

Hi. I found the service manual for this unit. I do not see this error code or errors listed on displays. Take a look at this service manual. Was the E20 error for long fill? long drain?
