See the technical diagnostic guide link below. If you evaporator is not not frosted you may have a sealed system issue. The evaporator for the ice maker needs to have an even frost pattern across the complete coil. Matt Ace technician

Are you getting any error codes ? If so go to page #28 in the link below. If you are not will need to go to page #114 to diagnose the PCB board to verify it is sending power to the evaporator fan motors. Matt Ace technician

Hi. I do not believe this unit has a diagnostic function. I have attached the service manual for it. Take a look. I did not see any error code mode, test mode, or diagnostic mode. Check your fan motor for resistance to see if it tests good. If it does and your not getting proper voltage you must have a fault control.
