Hello
I would check the cycle operation to make sure the unit is completing all of its cycles. On the normal cycle the end drain sold be 1:15 sec. I would run the unit through diagnostics with technician sheet link below. There is also a possibility of a bad or busted impeller inside the pump. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See the diagnostics sheet link below. The refrigerator temperature should range from +36 degrees to +42 degrees. I would run the unit through the diagnostics. You may have a FF thermister defective or main control box H3. Also look for even frost patter on evaporator coil. Sometimes the start of a sealed system leak can cause freezing in the fresh food section. Matt Ace technician

Hello
You may have an intermittent issue with the defrost thermostat not closing at the proper temperature. I have seen many defrost thermostats causing issues that test good. I would start there and then run the (Forced Defrost Mode ) .
The forced defrost function is performed using the refrigerator display and keypad. Enter the Forced Defrost Mode
by performing the following sequence of events:
1. Hold the refrigerator door light switch closed.
2. Press the Refrigerator Temperature DOWN /- keypad 3 times consecutively.
Note: The 3 keystrokes must be consecutive and within 10 seconds.
3. Release the refrigerator door light switch.
4. The control will display F- d to confirm entry into the Forced Defrost Mode.
5. Entry is confirmed by pressing the Refrigerator Temperature DOWN /- key once more. The unit is off and in
the Defrost Mode.
Note: All control functions will be turned off (Compressor, Defrost, Evaporator Fan, the damper will remain in its
current position).
6. The control will default to the short run period test.
Note: You can toggle between the S Short and L Long test mode by pressing the Refrigerator Temperature UP /+
Key. Long Test mode is used for factory test and should not be used in the field.
7. Once the desired mode is displayed, confirm the forced defrost by pressing the Refrigerator Temperature
DOWN /- Key once. The defrost will begin immediately and the display will return to a normal operating display
with set point values.
8. Close the Refrigerator door(s). You are in the defrost mode.
Note: Forced Defrost mode can be exited at any time prior to step 7 by closing the Refrigerator Door(s)

Hi. I could not find a video or instructions for this part or for the U.I. I did find a good pic that shows the transducer installed into the U.I. Looking at the break down, it looks like you have some slips that hold the U.I. I do not see any screws. Take the U.I off to get to the transducer. I have attached the link to the pic.

Hello
See the complete diagnostics manual links below along with the service manuals. If only 65% of the evaporator is frosted that could indicate a sealed system issue. A sealed system prom could be 1) Low refrigerant charge ( Leak in system ) . 2) A compressor that is not pumping properly ( Defective compressor ) . If the evaporator is 65% frost and the other 35% no frost at all it is a sealed system problem. You would then have a major cost to repair either of the two issues, evaporator replacement or compressor replacement. Matt Ace technician

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. No service manual found at this time. Is the frost build up due to the unit not self defrosting? This will block air flow to the refrigerator. Is the evap fan running? Are you getting air flow to the ff section? You may have a defrost component that failed. You have the heater, bi-metal and or sensor, and the control for you defrost system. You can manual test the defrost components by jumping the correct two terminal on the control board with a jumper wire. If you your heater and bi metal are good the heat will turn on.

Hi. I can not locate the tech sheet or service manual at this time. It will not heat at all on the normal setting? I know a lot of the new dryers have an energy saving setting that is preset to come on for the normal cycle. It will use more of an air fluff with no heat to dry and the cycle will take much longer, but it will still give some heat. Check for these energy saver settings. Does the unit heat on the other automatic cycles? Please double check that the model number you provided is correct.

Hello
Are you getting any error codes ? Have you run the unit through diagnostics ? If not see manual link below.
Possible issues:
Disconnect the tube from the water level sensor and blow into it, then try rinse and spin.If this is successful customer is overusing detergent.
Other possibilities Motor, Main Board, Hall Sensor or Rotor failure, harness failure.
