Hello
Was it doing this before you replaced the spark module ? Did you verify it is the correct part number WPW10331686 ? Did you follow the instructions in the parts box ? On this spark module with serial numbers between RK33- Rx42 the red wire needs to be removed and taped off the old board. See link below for instructions and technician sheet Matt Ace technician

Hello
Many of these units had a sealed system refrigerant leak causing the refrigerator not to cool properly . They have leaks in the evaporator assembly causing the R134A refrigerant to leak out. See the troubleshooting guide on diagnostics in the link below to verify proper diagnostics. Matt Ace technician

Hello, I have attached the tech data sheet with all testing procedures and wiring diagram . Based on the information you provided it sounds as if you want to look at replacing part number 5304508432. This is listed as “knob assembly with board” and/or “Washer User Interface Assembly” and communicates with the part you replaced . As you will see, the ribbon on the control that was replaced does plug directly into the part I am describing .

Hi. Your unit will disable the heat circuit if it has recognized that it was unable to heat. You need to enter the diagnostic cycle to clear this. Check out error code 7-1 on the tech sheet I have attached.

1 To invoke the Diagnostics Cycle, perform the following while in standby:
■ Press any 3 keys in the sequence 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3 with no more
than 1 second between key presses.
■ The Service Diagnostics Cycle will start when the door is closed.
■ To rapid advance 1 interval at a time, press the Start/Resume key.
Rapid advance may skip sensor checks as some checks require 2
complete intervals.

Hi. Is the unit working properly on timed dry? Is so check your moisture sensor if it has one. Did you get any error codes? Test your thermistor. Does it still heat on air fluff? If so you may have a shorted element or a faulty control.

Hi. You could have a bad hub. P# W10820039. I believe if the hub is faulty you will get the UL error. Also, bad tub bearing will give the UL error when they get really bad. If the bearings are bad the unit will be loud in spin and a lot of the time you will get black marks on the floor under the unit from dirty water leaking through the bearings. Check the diagnosic mode for error codes and run the auto test. I have attached the tech sheet for you and some videos as well.

Hello
There are a number of possibilities that will cause your issue.
1) A belt slipping keeping the tub from spinning at proper RMP
2) A weak motor keeping the tub from spinning at proper RMP
3) A binding in the upper or lower bearing causing slow spin.

See Page #22 for more diagnostics in the link below. Matt Ace technician
