Hello
We have not had to replace both boards for this issue before. I would start with the main board only. See the schematic diagram link below.

Hello

See the complete diagnostic Aid diagnostics. We have seen the diverter valve defective internally only once out of hundreds of these serviced. You can change the coil on the valve also, i would try that first. We have found these models more commonly with evaporator refrigerant leaks.

In reply to: no hot water

Hello
See possible issues below with service manual links.

  • Are hot and cold inlet hoses reversed?
  • Both hoses must be attached to both washer and faucet, and have both hot and cold flowing to the inlet valve.
  • Check that inlet valve screens are not clogged.
  • Remove any kinks in hoses.
  • The energy star washers use cooler wash and rinse water temperatures than your previous washer.
This includes cooler hot and warm washes.

Hi. Sounds you have a faulty pressure switch or control. Make sure there are no holes in the pressure tube. Make sure the drain hose is properly installed and elevated. Make sure the drain ia not causing a siphon. If everything is good i would try replacing the pressure sensor first and then the control. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Try running the auto test mode as well.

Hi. Try pressing power freeze and power cool at the same time and hold for 10 seconds. This should clear out the 88 display. It is not an error code. When power is interrupted the 88 will show on the display until reset. I have attached the service manual for this unit.

Hello
Was it doing this before you replaced the spark module ? Did you verify it is the correct part number WPW10331686 ? Did you follow the instructions in the parts box ? On this spark module with serial numbers between RK33- Rx42 the red wire needs to be removed and taped off the old board. See link below for instructions and technician sheet Matt Ace technician
