Hello
Can you verify your model number, I do not see this in our system currently.

Hello
I would start with the water supply. Have you forced the ice maker through the harvest cycle ? You can then see if you are getting the proper water amount through the saddle and inlet valve. Go to page #91 in the manual link below for complete ice maker testing. Matt Ace technician

Hi. Is this a new unit? I am not able to pull up any information on this one. I would advise to run the diagnostic cycle and check for error codes if we could get a tech sheet for it. Could be a door lock or control issue. I will continue looking.

Hello
You just need to put the first two letters in of the appliance name and a drop down will appear for all manufactures to pick. Have you checked both evaporator & condenser fan motors to make sure they are running ? Have you looked at the evaporator for an even frost pattern or possibly a defrost issue? If these questions have been eliminated and you have an even frost pattern start by replacing the evaporator & freezer sensors / thermistors, replace both at the same time they are not expensive . If one of them are not sensing correctly it will cause your issue. Matt Ace technician

Hi. The frost in the freezer would be an indication of warm air entering in. Double check the door seal and see if the customer is closing the door all the way. Does the unit run constantly? Check to see if your condenser coils are dirty and if the condenser fan motor is running properly. Also, check the frost pattern on your evaporator. make sure you have an even frost pattern. You could have a sealed system issue. Is the evaporator fan motor running?

HI. A bad lid lock should not have any effect on the indicator light on the control board. This light should be on at all times when the unit has power. If the light is not on and you have 120v going into that control board then the board is most likely faulty. I have seen many like this and it has always been a faulty control board. IF you installed a new control and still no light you either have a faulty new board or you do not have proper power to the unit. I would check your voltage. I have also provided technician sheet links below.

Hello
See the manual link below. The normal cycle is 56 minutes and heavy is 1:15. The cycles for all settings Heavy, Normal, speed wash are listed on page #14 . This will show you exactly for each cycle what the Fill, wash, drain & spin times will; be for all cycles. The only thing that is not normal is the slow drain. You may want to verify there is not a partial restriction in the pump causing an issue. There is a drain pump clean out description on page #32.

Hello
On this model the control is programmed to disable the heater but will continue to run if it detects a heating problem. Running diagnostics clears the control. The door needs to be closed when entering into service diagnostics. See the technician sheet on page #3 in the technician manual. Verify the heating circuit is complete on page 5-7 in the Job Aid sheet. Check the hi limit thermostat to make sure it is not defective or stuck open.

Hello
See the service manual for your #PFSS6 model. You freezer temperature should be -5 to +5 degrees and fresh food should be +38 to +44 degrees. I would look at your evaporator and condenser motor. Also a possible defrost issues or sealed system issue. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See manual link below. Go to section 6-9 for component testing. You can get readings on your igniter, sensor, and gas valve. It sound like you may have a weak igniter but I would verify resistance value between 40-400 ohms.

Hello
The motor has two centrifugal switches that are labeled A and B on the schematic located on page #51 . The motor diagnostics are on page #36 in the manual link below. Switch A controls L2 to the heater, and switch B connects L1 to either the start winding when the motor is not running or to the main control board when the motor is running. The 009 error is a motor error, it sounds like one of the centrifugal switches are not responding correctly. Matt Ace technician

Hi. You should be getting power to the compressor either way, with old or new compressor. Are you getting voltage to the compressor? The ports being at different locations on the compressor can cause an issue. You need to make sure you hooked up your refrigerant lines properly. They can get crossed. So as longs as you hooked the lines correctly. Suction line to the suction port of the compressor. Liquid line and process stub to the correct ports. Even if the lines are not right your compressor would get power. It may not start and it would not cool but voltage would be present.

Hi. This should be a f43 error code for the cooling fan motor. I have attached the service manual for you. Take a look at page 19 to find you your error code. Then look at page 20 which will list your error code.

Hi. I have attached a video for a very similar ice maker. It will be the same procedure.
