With my experience, yes the tub bearing is bad. This fairly common. The bearing comes seated in the tub from the factory. So you would need to replace the outer tub.

First try to unplug the unit or shut the breaker off to the unit for 2 full minutes to reset all the controls on it. See if that changes the condition if it does not you will need the main control replaced a capacitor is bad on the main control board. That is located behind the unit, behind the small squarish access panel.

If you see the cut out on the left side of the support , you can take a small flat head screwdriver slide it in and depress the tab to the right to release it. If you cannot get it with a small screwdriver you will need to remove to case and get it from the inside.

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you as well as a few service pointers. Check for the broken wire as explained in the service pointer. If that is not the issue check the other pointer for the updated control board. I do not think you would have a faulty vibration sensor, but you can follow the instructions in the service manual to test it.

Hello
Hello, If your compressor and evaporator fan motor are running and its not getting above 2 Centigrade or 35 Fahrenheit you may have a sealed system issue. You will need to remove the evaporator cover and check the frost pattern on the evaporator. There should be an even frost pattern across the coil. A sealed system issue could be one of three things.
1) A low refrigerant charge, leak in system
2) A bad suction or discharge valve in the compressor, defective compressor.
3) A refrigerant restriction. Capillary tube plugged.

E83 means that your control board has either failed or one of the door switches inside the microwave has failed. There are 3 door switches that you’ll need to test with a multimeter to see if one has failed. If they all check good, then you need a new display board. If one of them doesn’t test good, replace the faulty switch. Below is a video on how to test microwave door switches.

F28 means that your main central control board (CCU) and the motor control board (MCU) are not communicating with one another properly. The motor control board is located under the tub mounted to the floor of the washer. The CCU is mounted under the top panel of the washer and is the part with about 100 wires going into it. You’ll want to remove the top panel and the lower front panel to check the wire connections and make sure they are all secure. If everything looks good, then you just have to replace the MCU because it has failed I’m sorry to say. Below is a link to the part for your model.
