This dryer keeps having the thermal fuse open. I changed the fuse (3392519) and the thermistor (8577274) four times this year. I also changed the thermal fuse, thermistor, and the heating element (8573069) per tech line recommendation on December 5th. The customer has had the venting cleaned. The customer has called back yesterday saying the dryer is dead again. Is there any suggestion to resolve this issue?

It could be your Cycling thermostat?
Thermal fuse tripping may not have anything to do with the heating circuit.
It is possible for the motor to draw enough amperage to cause the thermal fuse to trip simply because it is in the same circuit.
I would run some amperage checks on the motor and with varying loads to see if the amperage changes a lot between loads.
Also, remember, the thermal fuse is the fail safe device. If the thermal fuse trips, it usually indicates a failed High Limit Thermostat.
I also recommend checking the heating element against its rating on the data plate. This unit is supposed to have a 5000 watt element in it, does the checks verify that it is NOT a 5800 watt element. Simple Ohm’s law checks can solve a lot of frustration and head aches sometimes.
A stuck heater relay on the main board can cause this as well. Good voltage/amperage check should also be done, as well as inspecting the power cord where it attaches.
