THE UNIT WON’T DO ANYTHING AT ALL. I DON’T HAVE ANY PAPERWORK WITH THIS UNIT SO I’D APPRECIATE ANYTHING YOU COULD SUPPLY.

I WAS ABLE TO GET THE UNIT COOLING BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THE FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR FANS AREN’T RUNNING THE THIRD FAN WHICH BLOWS FROM THE TOP OF THE FRESH FOOD SECTION OUT TO THE DOOR IS WORKING. I”VE COME ACROSS SOME UNITS WHERE THE FANS DON’T RUN WHEN THE DOORS ARE OPEN. IT HAS MAGNETIC DOOR SWITCHES. I HAVE ABOUT 9VAC AT EACH PIN TO GROUND ON CN75. I’M TRYING TO AVOID DISASSEMBLING THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT. I’M NOT SURE WHAT VOLTAGE SHOULD BE AT CN 75. ALSO I COULD USE MORE INFO REGARDING THE DIAGNOSTIC MODE, SUCH AS A FAN TEST, MANUAL TESTS ETC. THE DIAGNOSTIC LINK ABOVE IS SOMEWHAT VAGUE. IT WILL GO INTO WHAT APPEARS TO BE DIAGNOSTIC MODE BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT’S DOING OR WHEN. THERE AREN’T ANY ERROR CODES COMING UP AT THIS TIME. THANKS BILL

Bill We are very limited on diagnostics for this model. Are you sure there is not a technician sheet with the unit ? I will keep the model number and update you with any information as we receive it. I know this unit runs the evaporator fan motors are operated by thermisters and door switches so do not let that confuse you. If you are getting -5 to +8 in the freezer and +38 to +42 in the refrigerator I am sure the unit is operating properly. If you are not getting proper temps. then proceed forward in diagnostics.
