No water I checked the primary valve its good but no voltage. I checked the ice and water valves inside the door. good and getting voltage. Not sure how this works but the circuit diagram shows the Pilot valve is powered from the main PCB and the ice and water valves are powered from the PWB Assembly Dispenser board. I have water to the Pilot valve ( The valve in back of the frig ) I emptied the water in the reservoir in the door. But still, the pilot valve is not energized. Do I need to get a PCB board or can you tell me why I get no water?

Thanks

Hi. Yes, the pilot valve is powered by the sub pcb. This is not the dispenser board. This is a small control board. I have attached the service manual for you. Take a look at page 66 for troubleshooting a no water problem. It shows where to test at the sub pcb for power. Take a look a page 34 for pictures of the different control boards.
