there is 120v to the L N
and I have power and ohms to the T H
I’ve tried to jump start the ice maker by jumping the T and H line nothing happened

Hello, if you have 120v on the wire harness to the ice maker but it will not work when you jumper the t-h then you have a bad ice maker. and it need to be replaced
