Seems out of balance will not do spin cycle

Hi Dom. Lots of different things can cause the washer to get off balance and make noise. Are you getting any error codes on the display? Does the washer spin? UL is an error code for an off balance load. One common problem with this washer making noise is the tubbearing. Typically the noise gets worse over time. It happens in the spin cycle and gets louder the faster the basket spins. People describe it as “sounding like a jet is taking off”. If this is your issue, you have a bad tub bearing. If you look underneath the washer you may see some brown oil or liquid that has sprayed onto things from the bearing leaking. I have attached a video on replacing the bearing. I hope this was helpful!
