Already have replaced the fresh food evaporator and filter drier, and customer states they are still having cooling issues. I don’t run into many of these and have spent quite a bit of time there, was hoping someone here might have a clue.

What about the fresh food temperature control? We occasionally do the control and evaporator together. Our guys spend a lot of time on these units just diagnosing, so don’t feel bad if you need to return to the customers home, or tell them that it may involve some more in depth researching. Better to get it right then not figure it out at all! And they will appreciate you putting in the time to get them back up and running.
