Therefore the nozzle can not be inserted into the water filter receptacle. I believe this to be the cause of no water coming out. However, no water comes out when the water filter in not inserted. So there may be another problem.
I’ve tried getting water with and without the filter in place.
I need to know if I can remove the water filter filler valve and realign it and replace it or replace it with a new part. I also need a video on how to do it.
This assumes that this is the problem. I have a pretty good picture of the water filter fill valve nozzle. Let me know if I can send it to you as it may help you help me.

See complete manual links below with parts breakdown along with service bulletins. You cannot get water through the filter housing assembly without adding in a plug to depress the diaphragm. The plug bypasses the the water filter. It sounds like you need a new water filter housing.

Hello We looked at the picture and you need the filter housing assembly that the filter goes into. We replace many of these assembly’s.
