Hello
See service bulletins on your model below. This unit is very common for FF evaporator motor causing moisture in freezer and ice maker assembly. I would check that first. Matt Ace technician

Hello
I have sent you the technician diagnostic guide for your model. Run the unit through diagnostics to verify there are no error codes. many washers (both toploaders and frontloaders) have balance rings attached to or integral to the drum. The rings are partially filled with water or other liquid and function as gyroscopes during spin to help reduce vibration/oscillation. They are sealed, so the liquid does not get mixed with your clothes, and the the machine’s wash/rinse water mix into the ring .Matt Ace technician

Hello
Here is everything we have on this model. We will not count this as a question. You may have a circuit board issue. We have replaced circuit boards on this model and still had the same complaint. As I said in the last post , this is one of those issues that I think the factory does not have a fix for. I would try the board next and hope it rectifies the issue. We are 50/50 on this issue on the board fixing it.

In reply to: Dispenser Problem

Hello
There is not a service bulletin with this issue so far. We have seen this issue in the field and have called factory support for answers. They said to replace the water inlet valve , if it does not seat properly when not energized it will trickle out water. It has corrected some but not all of the cases. I think this is an engineering defect they are working on and have not corrected . I believe in the near future there will be a service bulletin update with a correction. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: Not making ice

Hi. I have found a service manual on a similar unit. Hopefully this has the information you need. You will need to manually cycle the ice maker to see if it will run through a cycle and fill with water for you. Make sure your fill tube is not frozen. You could have a water flow issue even though the inlet valves test good or a faulty ice maker.

Hello
Your model without deep water/fabric softener rinse option will not spin between the wash and rinse portion
of the cycle. The wash water will drain and then fill with approximately 10½ -11 gallons of rinse water. Approximately 5½ in. deep in the basket. After the rinse water is drained the machine will go into the final spin.Water levels will decrease by approximately 1-2 gallons. All Levels shown below are approximate and measured from the lowest part of the basket with no clothes in it. Levels can also be obtained by counting the sidewall holes up from the bottom of the basket. Please see both bulletin links below. Matt Ace technician
