Hi. Your drain motor may be faulty. On the tech sheet that I have attached for you, it shows the drain pump should have 15-19 ohms. So if you’re only getting around 3-4 it needs to be replaced. Some of these units were known for taking out the control board when the drain pump would burn up, so be causes with this and be ready to install a control board as well. You can test to see if you board is still good by checking for 120 v being sent to the pump when in drain mode. You can do this at the board at pins p11-4 and p11-6. brown wires. Or at p11-4 – p12-6.

Hi. The number of coils on the surface burners will not create a electrical issue or any safety issues. As long at the replacement coils has the same wattage rating as the old one you will not have any trouble.

Hi. It does not look like there is a service manual for this unit. I found the tech sheet and have attached it for you. If the compressor and fans are all running and the unit is not cooling you more than likely have a sealed system issue. A leak in the refrigerant system or a faulty compressor. How is your frost pattern on the evaporator?

Hi. During preheat you will hear the relays clicking a lot. This is normal. Most ovens now use both broil and bake elements during preheat to get to temp. quicker. Then throughout the rest of a bake cycle they will only use the bake element to cycle on and off as needed to maintain temps. What was the initial issue? Is it now heating and working properly? As long as the unit is working and heating properly to correct temps, I would not worry about the clicking. This is normal.

Hello
There is not an exact service bulletin for this model on freezing water lines. There is one for Excessive interior moisture that I have linked below. We have seen this happen on units that the water dispenser does not get used for several days or more. We advise customers that run into this issue to use the dispenser for 30 seconds every other day. This has corrected their issue. On some Whirlpool models there is an add on insulation kit, this model is not on the list. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See video link with Samsung model ice maker you have damaged refrigerant line. The upper line looks like a heater but really is a refrigerant line. There is no replacement for this refrigerant line as it is foamed into the back of the unit. You can repair the line by evacuating the system into a slight vacuum and putting on the aluminum heat stick repair and epoxy kit over the heat stick. We have repaired two so far from other companies making the same mistake. This is very easy to confuse if you have never seen it. Matt Ace technician

Before servicing, perform the following checks:
The most common cause for control failure is corrosion
on connectors. Therefore, disconnecting and
reconnecting wires will be necessary throughout test
procedures.
All tests/checks should be made with a VOM or DVM
having a sensitivity of 20,000 ohms per volt DC or
greater.
Check all connections before replacing components,
looking for broken or loose wires, failed
terminals, or wires not pressed into connectors
far enough.
Voltage checks must be made with all connectors
attached to the boards.
Resistance checks must be made with power cord
unplugged from outlet, and with wiring harness or connectors disconnected .

Hi. Yes, this does sound like the brake is bad. I have ran into this issue before. You can lubricate the brake and it will fix the problem for a period of time, or replace the brake assembly. I have attached a video for this repair.
