I looked at this tray see images below. Our technicians have replaced three of these already. On this model you need to tilt the unit forward and remove the screws securing the bottom of the floor to the pan. Then drop down the bottom and remove the drip pan. You do not need to move the compressor or condenser.

I would recommend replacing the shift actuator on this unit. This is a very common problem.

In reply to: F2 error

The F2 error is a pump error code. Remove the pump to see if it is restricted in any way with loose change, pen or clothing. If not I would recommend replacing the pump on this unit. See parts and video links below.

That is a classic symptop of a defective magnitron and diode. I would recommend installing a new magnitron and diode on this unit. See repair video attached

I would recommend replacing the freezer gasket and checking to make sure all gaps are sealed. You should not see any gaps at all the magnetic seal should seal tight. Some people use the dollar bill test , it should pull out relatively firm when sealing properly.

In reply to: No Tumble

I would see if the drive belt and idler pulley are on correctly. You may have a busted belt. See parts link below.

Low cost , I would recommend replacing the mode shifter assembly on this unit. It is a very common problem. See parts and video links below.

In reply to: Will not start

There is a 90% chance you damaged you lid switch, this would prevent the unit from starting. would recommend replacing the lid switch on this unit. See parts and video links below.

I would recommend installing a new cycle thermostat and thermal fuse, unit may also need new power cord. See parts and video links below.

In reply to: Not draining

I would recommend checking to see if your drain hose is in the stand pipe too deep, the hose should only be about 6 inches down into the pipe. You could also have a defective pump.

In reply to: Dryer shuts off

Have you checked your venting and lint screen ? If your lint screen or venting is plugged it could overheat and shut the unit down on the high limit thermostat. If you are not sure about the vent not being restricted or plugged , clean your lint filter and remove the back vent and see if the unit runs longer than 10 seconds. If it does and you are still have the same issue make sure the terminal block is correctly wired and you have 240 volts. If you have 240 at the block you will need to check for proper voltage at the motor relay, if you have 240 vols at the motor relay replace the motor. See video links below . Matt Ace technician

You washer is the VMW machine without the digital readout to display the error codes. On this model there are many possibilities on waht could be causing your issue. ( fills but will not wash symptom) . You will need to remove the top and remove the test mode instructions that will be located on the front left panel of the machine in a plastic bag. Once you get the diagnostics sheet put the unit in the diagnostic mode and get the error codes so we can move to the next step. I have provided a video and the parts breakdown . Matt Ace technician

FLEX TRAY Ice Makers
When the initial power is applied, the ice tray will stand by for 2
hours. After the 2-hour standby time, the Ice Maker Sensor will check
the temperature , when it is lower than 1.5? for more than 5 minutes,
it will do a harvest, with or without ice in the tray, then fill with water.
58 minutes after water is supplied to the Ice Tray, the Ice Maker
Sensor temperature will be checked. When the Ice Maker Sensor
maintains lower than 1.5? for 5 minutes, it completes the harvest
(if the ice bin is not sensed as full).
Thermistor senses temperature to determine water fill on newer units
Filling the tray
After the water fill is completed, the ice maker sensor will evaluate the
water volume one and a half minutes later. When it detects no or low
water level, it will add more water. First supply time will be 1.5 sec,
next one will be 1 sec and the last will be 2 sec.

Also, there is a shut off valve on the safety valve. Maker sure this is not turned off. I don’t think it could be if the broil is still working.

In reply to: TUB ASSEMBLY WABBLES

Is it possible the shipping bolts are still installed? IF not the shocks could be worn out and need to be replaced. There are a lot of vibration complaints with this washer. It could even be possible that the back of the inner basket is damaged, but this usually causes noise and vibration in high speed spin.

In reply to: TUB ASSEMBLY WABBLES

Is the tub loose? open the door and lift the tub up to see if it has play in it. Is it from off balance loads? Does this happen with all loads of clothing?

Sounds like the only thing left would be the main control board. Your temps are cold enough to make ice, you are getting water to it and you have already replaced the ice maker which works when you manually put it through a cycle. You have tested the switches. The only thing left that it could be is your control board. I would replace the board.

If you replaced the igniter and you have power to the valve, you will need to replace the gas valve. 95% of the time its the igniter . We do see defective main vales about 5% of the time.

Can you send us the full model number and serial number. We are looking at the ( RF263 ) you sent us but there are several models with that series. We want to be sure we are looking at the exact model. Thanks

Yes, there should be a calibration mode. You can usually calibrate it plus or minus 30 degrees. You will need the owners manual or possibly to text sheet to do this.
