Mike, this has a couple options. It may be your hoses themselves, have you changed them recently? We suggest every 8 years. Sometimes sooner depending on the makeup of your water. If you don’t know the last time it was done, it’s probably time! Also, this has the signs of an inlet valve failure. I’ll add the part below if you do need to replace it, but take a look in there and see which is the issue. Hoses would definitely be cheaper! Let us know if we can do anything further for you.

Erin, this sounds like your igniter. Sometimes they work intermittently until failing completely, but on some models they will quit working altogether. I’ll add the link for your part below. Hope this helps!

Don, now that it’s working, can you turn on all the burners and preheat the oven? We always check to make sure everything is in working order. Then you can move on to taking a look at the power cord, wire connections, and inspect the terminal block. It may not happen again, but best to be sure everything checks out. If you find anything wrong, or have further questions about specifics you find, let us know.

Lillian, on your model there is another board called an inverter that I’m thinking should be where he looks next. Sometimes we can just replace it or the main board and the compressor kicks on, but occasionally we do have to replace both. If the main board is fine then try the inverter to see if it’s failing. I’ll attach a link to purchase if you need it. Let us know how this goes! Wishing you the best on this repair.

Have you checked for stored error codes in the diagnostic mode? Enter the diagnostic mode just like the video. Then turn the selector knob until just the done light is lit. All the L.E.D.S will flash. Turn the selector knob one click and this is your first error code. It sounds like you may have something partially clogging the drain pump. I have attached a video that shows how to remove the drain pump. Let me know if you need any further help.

The clicking you hear is the overload and relay trying to start the compressor. You could have a bad overload and relay or a bad compressor. I would replace the overload and relay. This is the the less expensive of the two. If it continues clicking after the new overload and relay are on you will need a new compressor which is very expensive and may not be worth fixing. I have attached videos for this repair as well as a link to purchase your part.

Usually a bad fuse will cut off power to the whole unit so nothing will work. You could have a bad door switch or Magnatron and diode. These are the most common parts to fail. Here are a couple videos to help you.

Not spinning out fast enough or on high speed can be caused by a lot of different things including the water not completely draining out of the machine before spin. The model number provided is not valid. I believe your washer is a front loader. The model number should be located on the cabinet when you open the door. With a valid model number and more info I will be be able to better assist you. Attached are 2 videos that should help you out as well.

Kurt, you most likely have defective starting components on the compressor. You could also have a tied up compressor. I would try starting components first. See video link below. Call our parts department at 1-800-830-5465 they can drop ship and are open 7-days a week. Matt Ace technician

Cheryl, without a model# I can’t get you specifics but this normally happens because the drain line from your freezer is blocked or iced up and the water cannot drain, which forces it down the air openings into your refrigerator. Sometimes slowly pouring a very small amount of warm or hot water down the drain will loosen it up if it’s minor. If not, you may need to unplug it and let it thaw out. Hope this helps you!

Hi. Yes, it does sound like your inlet valve is faulty. You can also shut off the power to the unit and turn the water back on. If it still fills with water then you can rule out the control board sending power to the valve to open it when it shouldn’t be. You should be able to see the water coming out of the fill port. This would also verify its the inlet valve and not coming from the drain hose. I have attached a video if you have not seen it already. Also call (800) 830-5465 for any parts needed.

Robin, there’s a good chance that lint is getting trapped somewhere else if it’s not in the lint screen. We do advise replacing it if it’s a bit bent, warped, or just not working properly. I’ll add a link below for it. But until then, it’d be best o clean out the dryer cabinet, by taking off the panels and vacuuming out any build up you can see. We’d also suggest cleaning out your dryer vent, or having the entire thing (to the outside vent) professionally cleared. People often forget about this and it’s very necessary to prevent build ,p and in more serious cases, fires.

Loretta, and F1 error on your machine means “Primary Control Failure” and is usually only solved by replacing the Machine Control Unit (MCU) or what most call an electronic control. I’ll attach a part link if you’d like to purchase and install yourself, as well as a repair video to do this. Hope this helps and good luck!

Bobbie, we have replaced glass cooktops and it can depend on the customers preference to repair of purchase a new unit, because they are somewhat pricey. I can tell you that for your model, the cooktop is unfortunately labeled as “No Longer Available”. Go to http://www.savemoreonparts.com/ and plug in your model #, and then you can select the color and see the specific part #. Sorry for the bad news, but looks like replacing it may not be an option unless you can find it available somewhere else.
