Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. It does sound like your drain pump relay on the control board is stuck closed. The dishwasher will go into a drain mode if it detects certain error codes. But if your not getting any errors and the unit works normally otherwise, the relay must be stuck closed. You can test the relay to see if it is closed.

Hi. I would take the lid/ top panel off along with the front panel. Then shine your flashlight at the plastic outer tub to see if you can see anything inside. The tubs are usually clear plastic and you can see inside with the light. Also, you can take the tub ring off at this point and be able to look right between the tub and basket. We have attached the parts break down and service manual for you.

In reply to: Not producing ice

Hello
If its only filling 4- chambers of the ice maker you have low or restricted water pressure. You ice maker should have all chambers full with 1/2 of water minimum. See the Service Diagnostic manual and service bulletin link below. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: No Power

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Check to see if you have 120V to the control board. If so and the unit will not light up or do anything you most likely have a faulty control board. You could also have a faulty User interface.

Hello
See the technician diagnostic link below. I would run the washer through the field service mode on page two in the link below. There are many thinks to check on a washer not getting clothes very clean. This should help diagnose the underlying issue. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See the Service manual links and schematic wiring diagram. You said the unit was off when you got there . Was it shut off or was it not cooling ? Was the compressor, and fan motors running ? If so look at the evaporator frost pattern to start. This will make sue its not a sealed system failure. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: No Power LG dishwasher

Hi. The part number for the door hinge cables is 4933DD3001B. You will need to see where you are loosing power. Check that you have 120V going to the unit at the junction box under the bottom panel. If you do, then see if you are getting power in and out of the power filter board. Separate the door and check for any broken wires. I have attached the service manual for you as well.

In reply to: Dishwasher overflowing

Hi. I have attached a service manual for a similar unit. Have you checked error codes yet? See what codes you get. Is the unit really overflowing to the point of leakin/ too much water in the machine? Or does it just think it is overflowing and drain out? You could have a faulty float switch or flow meter if they are equipped on your model.

Hi. Yes, you could have an issue with the damper not closing. Make sure you check to see if it opens and closes. Check to see if you have air flow when it is closed. If the damper is fine you could have an issue with the thermistor or control. Even though the thermistor passes it may be faulty. You could check its resistance according to the temperature it currently is, if you have the chart in the tech info.
