Had the customer defrost the unit to get the cover off, looks like a conductor in the drain might solve my problem. Do you guys do this often? Is there a part replacement I’m missing? Hoping I didn’t overlook anything, but seems like the backed up and frozen drain was the main issue.

This unit just runs non-stop, does not shut off. Ohm’d everything out and looks like the pcb board is bad. In need of a part number and cost if you have it.

I had an element replacement come up as a whirlpool 35001247. Is that right? I was thinking it’d be a DC number or a different prefix. Wanted to make sure this wasn’t an error before ordering. Thanks.

This unit isn’t starting, I think I’ve narrowed it down to the idler pulley but can’t find a schematic for the lookup and part information. Any help?

I got it apart and found a level sensor that I think is bad, but doing the lookup I am having a hard time finding the correct part number. It’s the water sensor if that helps. Not with the unit to give you the model #.

Have a gas dryer not starting, think I’ve narrowed it down to a thermistor and thermal fuse, but am having a hard time on the lookup, do you have that information handy?

The unit keeps getting a low water error and everything I could think of checks out: inlet valves, water pressure, fills with correct amount of water, board/panel is fine, cleared some minor debris from the pump, and checked that the float works. What am I missing?

I have a bad ice maker in this fridge and need to change it out. It’s a french door bottom mount and it’s located up in the top left of the fresh food section. I haven’t done too many of these and wanted to know if you had a video that could help me out? Most I found weren’t similar to what I have. Thanks.

Could a broken belt be the issue here? I checked all the electrical components and they seemed fine. Still have it all apart and don’t want to reassemble it to find there’s something else going on. I did clean out a lot of lint from the housing and venting and am guessing that’s where the burning smell was coming from. Am hoping this was just a simple and easy fix!

I’m also looking at a dryer that doesn’t turn off at the end of the cycle. Am thinking it’s a main control issue?

Customer had a power outage and the display is not working now. There was a stored error code for the I/M that the customer is aware of and did not want fixed. Is it possible that a reset and diagnostics would be all that needs done here?

A different company diagnosed this customer’s dishwasher as needing a drain pump after only listening. But the customer explained that it was sometimes draining, just slowly and making an odd noise. We went out and cleared the drain pump of debris (a button!) and all is working fine. Please be sure to take a few minutes and properly diagnose to avoid the hassle of ordering parts for a problem that has an easy fix!

Samsung Range the oven wasn’t reaching temp. Upon arrival at the home the clock was dead. It will turn on when any burner is turned on. The burners won’t come on and the oven won’t come on. We can’t find any paperwork with the range.
Any and all advice would be appreciated, a Service manual would be a great help.
Thanks in advance.

Diagnosed this dryer needing a new 4 wire power cord and terminal block. Problem is, I can’t find the terminal block by itself. Is this not available as a single part? Need some help on this one.

Samsung ice maker model RF4287HARRS, SN: I02043CC1003. I first went out on the job and the IM did not cycle after I pushed the reset button down for about 15 seconds so I replaced the IM. On my second visit I found the IM that I installed had the fingers frozen onto the water inside the tray. I put another Im in this unit and made sure that it cycled by holding down the button for a few seconds and it did cycle (I dumped the water to make sure it wasn’t overfilled). But again no ice? Any ideas….

Samsung dw 1E error code, model DW80F800UWS/AA, serial B009g9md604628d
This is supposed to be a high temp heating error. Had schematic for DMT800 series dishwasher with me. This wire diagram did not match the wire diagram on the main pcb cover on dw. Did not see thermistor listed on dw wire diagram on unit.
Heating element had 12 ohms, but no power going to it in quick wash cycle. Could not get it into diagnostic mode.
What should I be checking? I am guessing you need to pull the unit to get to components like LG brands?

We had this and it working fine at one location, and now not at it’s new location in a different house. Doesn’t seem like the compressor is even running at all. I opened up the back to take a look around and there is a harness that is loose, and stretched really tight from the compressor. I reattached it firmly in place and it came back on but I’m worried it will happen again with the wires being so tight and barely fitting where they are supposed to go.
