found no loose wiring …in self diagnostic test the door locks will not advance through steps in test …only way to get door open again is to manually unlock it …original complaint washer stopped in spin cycle water still in tub door will not unlock

Hi. If all connections are good then you have either a bad motor control board -MCU or CCU- main control board. Make sure the back and bottom panels are in place so that the ground switches are engaged and the outlet has proper power. Reset the unit by unplugging for 15 mins. With not getting any basket movement I would first suspect the MCU, but it is hard to say which one is bad and they do not have a way to test which one is bad.
