Complaint: Unit taking very long time to complete cycle and or pauses with water,
but will complete cycle. This unit is located in a Seminary with multiple users so can’t get proper feedback. Any help appreciated.

How long are the cycles ? What cycle are you using ? The new units take much longer to complete cycles and this unit is under one year old by the model number. This sounds like its a customer education issue. I suggest to have them read their manual on cycle times. I am sure that is all this is.
