K board has been replaced by two different techs ice forms drops sheet onto grid stays there when pulled amps on grid its .8 amps what is the normal voltage to cutter grid. Serial is k13507719 kitchenaid

Hi. The tech sheet does not specify a amp draw that the grid cutter should have. .8 amps seems low to me. The resistance of the grid should be 20 ohms. You can also check for voltage going to the grid I attached a video on the grid cutter for you. It talks about diagnosing a bad grid as well as replacing it.
