I have a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator with ice maker. The ice maker makes ice, but will not dispense it. It rotates and you hear it rotating, but no ice comes out and then it gets jammed in the bottom and then melts. The water dispenser works fine.

This is a common problem and it means that your flap isn’t sealing all the way and not opening all the way so the ice get jammed from frost build up and ice build up. There is a kit that they designed to fix the issue.
