I saw the videos on clearing the chopper and sump area, and I checked the pump as well. I removed some debris thinking I’d solved it, but same thing happened on next load. Not sure where to go from here.

David, we always check the entire drain, from the unit to the disposal, and even sometime under the sink on it’s main exit. The dishwasher pump pushes a lot through that drain, so something you might not notice from the sink, will cause the dishwasher not to drain. We find a lot of blockages from the drain to under the sink or near/after the disposal connection. Start there and let us know if it comes back cleared. You’ve checked the other main components we’d suggest in the unit so we can diagnose a bit further if necessary.
