i am curently working on a side by side refridgerator and the freezer is working fine but the refridgerator side is warm
I checked the air inlet at the top left and it is open completely and still not cooling.

What have you tried so far?
checked air inlet at the top and checked the freezer for ice and it is clear I don’t find that the air is flowing good even with the open and close flap completely removed I think that maybe the evaporater fan might be inop or weak.

Are you sure you are not have a defrost issue causing restricted air flow to the refrigerator ? I have provided the technician diagnostics sheet link below. Run diagnostics for electronic defrost control test mode. Matt Ace technician
