Oil has lit all over the motor and drive pulley. Oils is on the belt and shifter causing issues with spinning. What parts should I look at replacing to fix this issue. what is causing this issue and how would I go about doing his repair.

I have a washer that won’t wash or spin, everything else seems to work, has what I believe are error codes 5, 29, 1, 41, 5, 3, 5, but have no technical data to explain what these are about.

The refrigerator section is getting too cold and freezing things. The Desupply damper by the pan doesnt appear to be opening could this or the chill fan be the cause of this issue.

I have a situation with frost forming on the ice bucket, already replaced the flapper, it seems to be closing fine, no leaks around door gasket. Seems to reoccur about every 2 weeks.

The original complaint was that this Dishwasher was not responding to anything. NO POWER whatsoever. So we replaced the main control board and now the dishwasher will turn on but it the display keeps Flashing and not responding to anything. We have reset this board multiple times but it doesn’t seem to help. Does this unit need to have the control board be programmed or could this board be faulty?

Ge washer GTW330ask4ww. water inlet valve turns on and off intermittently then stops all together. Tank only fills up less than a gallon. Checked for error codes and I get code 5. XML version non-critical.

This is a coin operated electric dryer. When it is started, the minutes display shows 45 and the light on the top panel is on for “cooling down” instead of “drying”. The heat cycles on and off and the time display counts down normally to 1 minute and remains at 1 minute, and the dryer continues to run and heat and doesn’t shut off. I’m suspecting the timer is the issue. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have removed the Rotor motor and found that at some point, a small amount of water made it’s way to the Rotor Motor as I could see water streaks formed as the motor spun, at speed. Never saw any water on the floor beneath the Washing Machine. I had the Agitator removed at the same time, and found no substantial movement in the shaft at top or bottom. No wear to the splines in the agitator/Impeller or Impeller Insert. The teeth on the Mode Shifter showed some very minor wear. No visible damage to either the Stator or Rotor Motor. Is there a most likely failed part causing the noise or a way to test to find the failed or failing part. My research so far has suggested any of the above mentioned parts as well as the DSM Module. FYI: in searching parts, the Bearing Assy shows as not available. I had GE Parts do some research and the new part # is WH38x24734..Please advise.

This washer is brand new i have looked at the info it came with is says if 888 flashed its the flow meter or the harness and i have replaced the flow meter still the same result

Not sure my freezer heater works and want to run a test. And also test the thermistors.

Bottom icemaker not working. Fridge runs great and upper icemaker in door works great. Have replaced main control board (unrelated to icemaker), 2 different icemakers, and a water valve. Icemaker won’t even turn fingers to flip out ice. I put a bit of water in the icemaker to see if it was valve or icemaker and still no ice flipped out.

Need to resolve ASAP because fridge is taking up space at store and can’t be sold until icemaker issue is sorted.

There is a grinding noise during agitation. I have cycled through the service mode and in agitation cycle there is grinding noise.

What part or parts do I need to order to fix this before it becomes a bigger problem.

Hello, The temperature in the Freezer & Fresh food section are ok. Zero & 37. The dividing wall between Freezer & Fresh food is sweating, causing condensation to drip down in the Fresh Food section. This is a Side x Side model. Door gaskets are sealing good. Have any solutions???? Thank You, Jim

The temp in the ice room is 20 degrees. The water pressure is good, the line is not frozen. Is there another thermostat in the ice room I’m missing? Could ice build up in the freezer cause this issue? How many fans are blowing cold air into the ice room. I’ve only changed one. Fridge at 37 and freezer was recently dropped to -4 to see if that helped with no success.

My ice maker stopped making ice. Replaced the ice maker and it turns our that isn’t the problem. I have two vents..from what I read, the top vent is supposed to blow cold air from freezer into ice maker to freeze water, and the the cooler air comes back out to help keep fridge cool.. Here is the problem…the top vent is not providing cold air. It is warm…and it starting to discolor the vent area itself because of the heat. The bottom vent is not getting much cold air either. With that said…my fridge itself keeps things cold, and my freezer keeps things frozen. So I am baffled. Not sure what to do next?? Help please! …Sad GrandmaHolly

Refrigerator is not defrosting, ice is actually building up on the evap coil’s so much it’s coming inches out of evaporator coil cover, Looked everywhere and cannot locate defrost control. Looked up top in thermostat box not there, looked underneath kickplate at bottom could not find, also cannot see defrost control on any drawings of unit. Need to know where defrost control is located.

the Refrig makes a fairly strong humming noise until one of the refrig doors is opened. Then it stops. It starts again when the door is closed. Don’t notice any other issues at this point.

The warming element on my GE stove is not turning on.

This GE French door has to water valve one in the back one in the fresh food section bottom door .
I already replace the water valve in the back of the fridge but I didn’t replace the water valve on the door
