Ice maker and water is not working

You are not getting power to the water valve for the dispenser or ice maker valve or both? Is the door open light lit up on the display with the doors closed? If so you could have a door switch issue. Also a bad crisper LED assy will cause this. P# W11048824. The User interface sends the signal to the main control, then the main control sends power to the valves, so either of these coughing be faulty, or wiring. Start by checking door switches and check to see if the crisper LED is working and lighting up properly. I have attached the tech sheet for you.
