GOOD MORNING. I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM MY LOCAL LAUNDROMAT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH COMMERCIAL WASHERS AND DRYERS? I BELIEVE THE WASHERS ARE CONTINENTAL AND THE DRYERS ARE HUEBSH. I DID REPLACE A BROKEN BELT ON THE DRYER, BUT I DO NOT KNOW IF I WENT ABOUT IT PROPERLY. I UNHOOKED THE MOTOR FROM THE REAR AND TOOK OFF THE OUTER BELT AND SNAKED IT OVER THEN REPLACED THE OUTER. THE DRYER TUMBLED, BUT WHEN LOADED WITH CLOTHING IT DID NOT. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

I have a customer that wants me to convert his LG dryer to LP. It is an LG model # DLG3171. I typed this number into your model # guide, with no results. I checked PartsPro website and that number came up. So I know that it is a good number. Do you have a video for this model # or something close to it showing how to take it apart? And 2, how long should a job like this take?
Thank you
Bob

I followed the instructions doing everything stated on your video found at this link.Everything checked out ok.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpZXoD16uvs

After doing these things the dryer ok ran for a couple days but then the thermostat reset button began popping out again. I replaced the thermostat with an OEM new one and the dryer ran ok for a couple days. Now the new thermostat button is popping out again and has to be reset. It’s happening so often that I drilled an access hole in the front of the dryer so I can just
reach in and reset the button when it pops. Any thoughts about what to do next?

The start knob came off, but apparently was already broken, do you guys carry the timer for this model? Thank you.

Already checked the belt, intact and not broken. Maybe the motor? Not sure where to start.

It’s starting up and running for a few minutes, then just shutting down and quitting completely. Sometimes I can get it to start again but most of the time I have to let it sit for awhile. Any thoughts on what I’ll need. Does heat, tumble, etc, and was working fine up until a few days ago.

This Whirlpool Cabrio Gas Dryer – – F-01 fault reads F-01. Runs, heats, but short cycles. Vent is clear, but still short heats cycle. All thermals and thermistor test good. F-01 states bad control board, but which one to replace;
Diagram shows two: this one – W10298628 and W10294316
I am thinking it is W10294316, but not sure.
Thanks in advance for any help

We have an LG dryer that is not igniting. We are getting power down to the ignitor and a good amp draw from the ignitor.
So far we have completed :
1) Replaced the ignitor and the gas valve will still not open. Ignitor has a strong glow and proper amp draw.
2) Replaced the gas valve that has the coils built in to the valve.
3) Checked for proper gas pressure up to the gas valve, the customer happens to work for the gas company.

Is there any service bulletin or recall on this unit ? I am leaning towards the main control board but would greatly appreciate any input before replacing the board. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I have a whirlpool electric dryer. I checked all components and found one needed a timer. Then I hooked up the dryer which I know was working before and it does not run. I check my power source and have 240 volts and 240v at the terminal block of the machine. I brought the dryer home and hooked it up at my house and it runs great. I don’t understand enough about loads. Why do I show 240v but the dryer will not run? How would you check this so you don’t make a mistake and think your power source is good? Thank you

This dryer is making a horrible screeching noise that I could hear over the phone. I’m taking an idler pulley with me but what are the drum supports availability? I’m thinking I’ll need both.

I have a customer with an electric whirlpool cabrio dryer a few years old, . After about 10 mins into the cycle the motor will turn off. And then after about another 5 mins, it will turn back on by itself. The display stays on, and counts down like it is running normally. The clothes do not dry due to this issue. the customer has had the vent cleaned so that is not the issue. The vent is about 10 feet all smooth 4″. Also it is not in the wrinkle prevent. That’s not the issue.
I have already replaced the thermal fuse and thermistor. And the main control board p#w10317636.
When i first looked at the dryer I disconnected the thermal fuse p#3392519 And hit the start button. And I heard the motor relay close. So power still goes to the motor, it just interrupts the circuit.
All I can think of is, the fuse, the belt switch or the motor its self. And from what I can remember if you open the door the motor relay shuts down. Also the touch pad p#W10269610 is a special order item. nonreturnable, 1-2 weeks to get.
Anybody help or insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Dryer just completely lost power and cuts off and will do nothing. I changed the main board and the machine worked fine for 1 cycle. Now the dryer is dead again. what could be causing the board to just stop working like that after just 1 cycle?

Have an LG electric dryer that runs for a few minutes on normal or towel cycle and then drops down to 5 minute cooling cycle. Needless to say the clothes aren’t dry. Replaced main board and user interface to no avail. I have moisture sensor and thermistor on order, just wanted to get a second or third opinion.

Good day My Name is Roland. We are working on a dryer LG and need some help.
The unit will not heat well, we change the gas valve, the pilot valve comes on, but will not start full heat. The drum still rotates and we are getting no error codes. Do you have access to a wiring diagram for this unit or suggestions as to what is going on. Your help is appreciated.
