No power to PCB main.

Not enough water to agitate, Washer overflows.

Housing is leaking, Moldy Smell, Product not flushing through the machine.

Water will not pass through valve, Will not stop filling.

Water puddling under the washer, Low water pressure into tub.

Water leaking between the tub, Clothing gets caught between tubs.

Water spraying at incorrect angles, Nozzle is cracked or damaged.

Drum is off balance or tilted, Drum knocks into cabinet, Will not spin out, Banging noises.

Lid will not unlock after draining, Starts when you slam the lid closed, Will not start.

Will not enter diagnostic mode.

Buttons are not springy, Cannot start machine, Error Codes on display

How do i replace the belt on this unit.

I replaced the water valve , worked 2 days. I checked the line from rear of cabinet to the fill spout of the ice maker, it was frozen again. sears sent customer a new water valve, I installed it (it comes with new water lines attached to valve) it worked 5 days. note water line is filtered. they sent her another valve I installed it. the seals around the new valves I notice have been beef up to seal better. WHATS GOING ON?

I need to know how force defrost and / or put in diagnostic mode, error codes

This is the fresh food ice maker not the freezer . Does the service diagnostic test #99 energize both valves?

do you have a video or something on how to replace the icemaker?

1. I would like to know if the drain pump that we need to replace for this unit fix the issue.
2. How to open this unit to access the drain pump area?
