Timer on dishwasher stops when the dial pointer is at 180 degrees.
Manually move it past that point and the cycle will continue until finished. I installed a new timer but the DW is acting the same way.
Any suggestions on what I should do nest will be appreciated. Thank you.

I went to service a Frigidaire Infinity washer today, I cannot get the unit to go
Into the Diagnostic mode, Only two lights on the Console will light up. I replace the Control
Module and still get the same results, need some Help or direction..

My Frigidaire dryer will not start.

the compressor will kick on and then go out rite away .
then a few minutes later it will do the same

When I press the lever for the ice dispenser it doesn’t dispense ice. No sound or movement. I can hear the micro switch.

the pump keeps running and im getting i30 tried resetting but i did not help

At start of cycle door locks then pauses . at times it won’t release. I cannot get the service test to activate. Which is the left button under the display? There instructions are very confusing. I have the tech sheet but a service manual may help. Any videos on this would help especially on the diagnostic mode.

If you weeks ago they received the SYEF error code.
I changed the fan and it was working fine.
Now the temperature rises in the freezer 221 degrees or 18 the stuff are cold the freezer is not full but the temperature keeps on adjusting.
Please advise

This is is a Frigidaire oven this the door lock error? Which board controls it if it is,? How can I check this issue?
I need a service manual and tech sheet and your expert advice.

My dispenser does not dispense any water or Ice. Although if I initiate the dispenser at the same time pull down with my index finger to initiate the movement , It does work. The other part is, If I loosen the screws holding the assembly in place and Pull it toward me just a little it also works. Very strange. I’m missing something, Just don’t know what it is…Can you help

I haven’t had a chance to physically diagnose this but want to take something with me since the customers requested the work be done asap for the holiday. I think it’s the console assembly but wanted to verify with you guys.

My Frigidaire washer keeps pausing mid cycle

My Frigidaire stove is not heating.

My Frigidaire refrigerator is not dispensing ice.

We have a SXS refrigerator, customer complaint it’s frosting around inner door frame.
This customer has had 2 other companies out also. First company out, leveled unit ad adjusted doors.
2nd company out found no problem at all.
We were dispatched the call by Frigidaire. We went out the customer had cleaned everything up, so no evidence of a problem. We checked everything that could cause problem, nothing apparent. we advised the customer if it happens again. Leave it, don’t clean it so we can see it etc.
She called us out again in about 2 weeks (you have to love warranties like this) she had small frozen water spots on the lower freezer door shelves about the size of a half dollar. Similar to if the ice bucket was dripping although their is no evidence that it is.
1) ice door not leaking air and is closing in under 8 seconds.
2) no air leaks around gasket at all. Passes dollar bill test.
3) no air leaks around fill spout at icemaker
This one is a real head scratcher as it’s an absentee owner and anyone that is there is 0 help.
Tech line is NO help at all.
Has anyone else run into anything similar issue ?

I was getting an error message sy… and I was told to change the switch board under the front of the unit.
I changed it once it didn’t power up so I thought it was faulty.
so I changed it out for a new one.. I hot the new one and I have the same issue. it just will not power up
