Do you have the service manual for this washer?

I have a Kenmore front loading washer, about 8 yrs old, that has had what sounds like occasional bearing noise lately during the spin cycle. Today during the final high speed spin there was a bang and the drum slowed right down. I think it broke something… could this be related to the bearings? When I turned the machine off the drum didn’t seem to have a problem rotating back & forth very slowly for a while like it usually does at the end of a spin. If it is the drum bearings is it an expensive repair? — if it is I’m wondering if I’d be better off getting a new washer.

Hi techs. This kenmore refrigerator is actually a Frigidaire. The auger will not run nor will the crushed cube selection work unless you put it in the service mode. In the service mode all dispenser functions work. I have checked the micro switches, I have checked door switches , I have checked wiring harnesses in the door checked continuity to the wiring harnes in the freezer, I have changed the main board and the U.I. Board. Customer stated that you could slam the freezer door and it would some times work which made me think a bad wiring or loose connection. In test mode voltages are normal going to the auger and crushed cube solenoid. I have checked the connections at the top of the doors as well. What am I missing. Would appreciate your advice. Hello this specific issue is on a Kenmore dryer 796.81172210. The cooling light stays on and there is no heat. I have replaced heater which solved the heat issue but my question is why is the cooling light staying on??

I have experienced this issue many times in Samsung dryer especially once it’s fixed the heaters on and the light stays on after repair Any thought to why this is?

Is there a self diagnostic mode. If so please explaine how to use it.

Happened before- went to tech sheet and reprogrammed board per trouble shooting guide. Dryer started working and has been working for approx. 4 months fine. Now back to same symptoms. Need help.

I have customer with above model, and issue is freezer is not freezing to desired temperature, it only reach up to 2 centigrade, I change, thermistor/ temperature sensor. I check compressor running dry well, I also change relay and new capacitor. But still I am not able to reach temperature up to -10 and above, what should I check oe change the parts to recommended. Hello technicians. Looking for a tech sheet or a service manual for this kenmore ref. Model number 106.51132210 .Ice maker is not making ice. led light emitter is not emitting any light. To shine across to the receiver sensor. Do you have any service litterateur on this model. I would appreciate any help or advice on this refrigerator. The valve checks good electrically and ice maker is not making ice. Thank you.

BEFORE I GOT THE CALL THE ICE MAKER WPW10251076 AND WATER VALVE WPW10341320 WERE REPLACED AND STILL NO ICE. REFRIG HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN AND DEFROSTED WITH DOORS OPEN FOR 24 HRS. i KNOW THE PARTS WERE CHANGED AND I CHECKED, AND IT WAS DONE CORRECTLY. THEN I REPLACED THE EMITTER BOARD WPW10518658 AND CONTROL ELEC W10870822 AND STILL NO ICE . ALSO FOUND NO WATER LEAKING. REFRIG IS 5 YEARS OLD AND LOOKS LIKE NEW IN A WELL MAINTAIN HOUSE. NICE AND CLEAN. WHAT COULD ELSE COULD IT BE? THANKS RODNEY

Hello, I have a front load Kenmore that won’t spin or agitate. Water comes in and drains out fine, the washer stops in the middle of the cycle when it won’t spin. I’ve checked the drama of check the bearings of check the belt I’ve checked the Springs, everything looks mechanically okay. I’ve done some online research and it seems that a motor coupling could be the problem, but it looks like they’re only motor couplings on top-loaders. Can’t find anything on mine, front loader 417-411222410

The complaint is excess shaking on spin cycle I have replaced all four tub supports customer still getting the same thing issue I would like to know what other issues may cause this

I would like a tech manual and a disassembly video if possible for this unit

Can I get the service manual for this model. I am getting a UE and LE code. I thought it was a bad strut so I replaced all 4. I did get it into dyagnostics and it went into a high speed spin with no issues but if you run a drain and spin it wil drain do a low speed spin then stop and repeat 3-4 times then the error code UE and LE come up.

The compressor, inverter board and main control board was changed. Before the unit was not cooling (compressor issue) and there was a audile beeping noise also compressor would try to start. NOW after everything has been changed out. There is a clicking noise and the fans will stop momentary and come back on. Also when that happens the temperature display in the top inside of refrigerator will dim. Like I noted, fans will stop and come back on, but the compressor will stay running until set temperature is reached. Please in any way possible. Thanks Ricky

I checked on this washer which at first had a lid lock issue. We replaced the lid lock and worked fine for a couple months. Afterwards, we went back out with the same error code and the lid lock tested fine which we were going to replace the control board. We went back out finding the error code is now gone but the F7E5 error code not pops up. We replaced the board and the same code popped up, we also replaced the shift actuator which did not change anything on the unit. Afterwards we went through each step on the test #3a finding no issues with the shifter or the wire harness. Is this something that could also be caused by the motor?

Our kenmore elite front loading washer stopped working and there is no power at all on the machine.
I checked the circuit board, and the 220 power outlet which all seem to be fine.
I also unplugged the machine for over a 1/2 hour.
Still no power to the washer.
Please advise

The broil element was staying on. I replaced the control board and that fixed it for about 3 months. Then it started doing the same thing. The broil element would stay on. Not sure what else it could be. Could I have gotten another control board with a sticking broil element relay?

Looking for manual so I can figure out why machine will not go into spin mode. It’s a Kenmore washer model # 110.26002010

For the last month, customer has been seeing a thin layer of ice at the bottom of his ice bin. Hit test button and it seemed to work fine. Dumped and filled. No spill over or leaks that I could see

REFRIGERATOR IS A FRENCH DOOR WITH DRAWER FOR FREEZER. THE FREEZER IS NOT FREEZING.

I have a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator with ice maker. The ice maker makes ice, but will not dispense it. It rotates and you hear it rotating, but no ice comes out and then it gets jammed in the bottom and then melts. The water dispenser works fine.

We have a Kenmore Side by Side with water and Ice dispensor on the Freezer door. THe Water won’t come out of the dispensor but it does make ice in the ice maker though. How can we unclog the water line to get water out of the water dispensor
