the unit remain on CL
i cant not change any settings.
i tiered to rest it by the braker it did nit help
i took out all the wires to the board and it did not help.
i did change the board a few weeks before that it worked fine.
now its like its frozen nothing works all i get is a consistent CL

Hello Technicians, this side by side refrigerator will not dispense ice or crushed ice however it does dispense water. The customer has replaced the auger motor which did not repair the dispenser problem. My thoughts are that the control board might be the problem. Before I replace anything do you have a service manual or a tech sheet or a schematic or any service bulletins on this model . Your help would be greatly appreciated. Also any tips or advise on this issue would be appreciated as well. thank you in advance for your expertise and advise.

When i pulled the white wire and red wire spade connectors off i put a test to them and had 125 volts;
I hooked them back up to Bake element it was hard to get accurate reading on volt meter. It was kind of reading 20 volts? Would this mean my Bake element is bad ?

How can I correct this issue ?

Unit drains fine starts to spin but never reaches high speed

Hi. My name is Joe. I am trying to trouble shoot a problem with my above mentioned refrigerator. I touched the water dispenser button to switch it from ice and the blue leds went black. I then tried all the other buttons and no matter what buttons I depress the small display lights up with blue diagonal lines across it. I believe at that time the refrigerator was still operating because I left it for 24 hrs before I started to try to diagnose the issue the first thing I did was to power down the unit for a few minutes the powered it back up. When that didn’t work I left the unit again for about 12 hrs and then we noticed that it was no longer cooling or freezing. I checked the interface board for power and I have 12vdc on two different sets of wires. I just want to confirmation that this interface board is my issue because it’s not returnable
