about a week age I went out on this unit. It was not cooling. There was a major ice wall in the back of the freezer. I defrosted the ice, the ice cover the evaporator fan. The defrost heater tested good. The customers call today saying that the same problem is back. any help would be helpful. Thanks Ricky P.S. also when the freezer door opened the water to the ice maker would dispense water, over flowing the ice maker. how do I get unit into diagnostic?

WE ARE GETTING MOTOR ISSUE CODES AND MEMS SENSOR CODES. IS THERE A WAY TO TEST WITHOUT PURCHASING A WHOLE NEW CLUTCH ASSEMBLY? THANKS
ALSO, HOW FULL SHOULD THE TUB GET? IT FILLS TO WITHIN 6 INCHES OF THE TOP.
