Repair Help

I have a haier refrigerator. The food in the freezer gets covered with frost and the refrigerator gets warm. I know the air channel is getting plugged with frost because when I defrost the whole refrigerator for a day it works fine for about 3 months. no one is leaving the door open. That is what it looks like. Can you help.
