I have a 48″ Jenn-air range ; that main oven flame was sputtering and shut off. I started smelling gas and called gas company they came out and said he had a gas leak. I went out and order a regulator. Replaced regulator unit still does the same thing all other burners are Ok could it be the safety valve?

Another Dacor Wall oven.
Upper oven would no heat, lower oven working fine.
This is a double oven electric. Upper oven would not heat. no power to the element. visual inspection on PCB relay shows the the relay is burnt. put in new board and now “F4” fault shows for both top and bottom ovens. Put in old board and F4 still shows for both ovens.
Trying to avoid having to remove the oven. No wiring diagram. It appears that the oven sensor (upper oven) was replaced some time ago (because of the wire nuts). What is throwing me is that the bottom was working and the only thing that changed was the board and when I returned it to its original state – the bottom is not working.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I checked the control it seems ok, so I’m assuming it’s the touchpad. Do you guys have some part information there you could pass along for this? Thanks.

Inspected the whole thing no burn marks anywhere on boards everything seems to be in pretty good condition but the oven randomly shuts off usually doesn’t even achieve the set temperature. By shut off I mean it just turns off the baking process as if I never set the bake. The surface burner elements inside the oven seem to be working good and fine customer says it shuts off randomly but for me I noticed it shut off when I open the door The third time while running the oven so I’m not sure if it was a coincidence or if maybe something is loose somewhere inside where I couldn’t see.. I had this issue with another dacor but that dacor completely shut off this one just turns off bake. This one is a freestanding range with the control clock that pops out when you press on it.

Third time I have seen These ranges with this issue they seem to have the same system the old wolf rangEs had like a fireplace or furnace where you hold ignition down until it’s lit. Costumer saying it hasn’t been lighting lately so I’m going to assume it’s that ignition switch?

I’m pretty sure I need to replace the convection fan. I have identified the replacement part online. But I can’t figure out how to get to the back of the oven to get to the convection fan. Do I get there from the inside? Or do I need to take the whole over out of the wall to get at it from the outside? Any videos to help? Thanks.

My top oven will not heat. When I put it on self clean the top burner inside the oven lights up and then begins the self clean. However when I go to heat something up on say 400 degrees, it does nothing…..very strange what is going on? It is obviously getting gas, but when I go to bake with the top oven it will not work.

Now the bottom oven is working, but we rarely have used it. Is this a flaw with Kitchenaid. The oven is only about 2 years old.
Thanks for the help!

I have a couple elements that have gone out on my stove. Is this pretty easy to do myself if I buy the parts? Don’t want to put a lot of money into this thing cause we’re moving soon. Couldn’t find a video so hoping somebody there can.

the oven comes on, and eventually heats, but seems to constantly re-ignite. the heat element stays on, but the gas flow seems to stop then come back causing a re-ignition of flame. It does longer than it should to reach temp and then has difficulty maintaining.

Need information on this dual fuel wolf stove. How to replace the thermistors in the oven? If you have a break down or know how to get into the oven and change the oven sensors?

The cooktop light on my stove would not go out when all of the burners were turned off. I found your video on fixing the switches when this happens. I was able to remove the faulty switch pretty easily thanks to your video. I am now waiting for the new switch to arrive. In the process, I have left the back panel off of the stove. I noticed last night that when I turn the switches for the burners that are still connected that they will sometimes spark. Is this normal? My fear is a fire hazard. Am I witnessing all of the switches going bad all at once? Or is this normal or possibly just dust getting burned off and once the back panel goes back on will resolve itself.

The switches do not arc or spark when not in use and it only happens when the initial turn happens. So again, is this an issue?

Thank you for your help.

my husband says that he checked the igniter and it ohm’s out as being fine. He says it seems like the “spark isn’t reaching or big enough to ignite the burner.” Does anyone there know what could be happening here?

The broil element is broken on this stove. Well, it’s not working, and when it did work it wouldn’t turn off. Now we can’t get it to come on at all. Element itself is still intact and in one piece so I’m pretty sure it’s not that. Found the main control failing and can’t find the replacement available through my vendor. Do you guys have it? I’ll just buy from you if so. Thanks for the help on a weekend!

In the bottom oven the bake element doesn’t glow, it heats slightly though. The element itself tested good. As it is trying to heat a clicking noise comes from the back. Could this be the thermostat or something in the control panel?
